【摘要】:信号分析与处理广泛地应用于设备的动态分析、状态监测、故障诊断、设备管理与维修中。随着设备管理生产的现代化和自动化程度的提高,在信号分析与处理过程中,所要分析和处理的数据量非常大。数据量的急剧增加不仅给计算机硬件带来了存储容量的压力,还给数据管理、存储性能带来了挑战。随着计算机技术和互联网技术的发展,在产生大数据的同时,云计算技术的出现使得分析和处理大数据成为了可能。本文采用云计算技术,结合信号分析处理的相关知识,初步实现了大数据下信号分析处理的平台建设;采用网络通信技术,实现了移动终端客户端和服务器端实时查看信号分析处理结果的功能。论文所做的主要工作如下:1.概述了云计算的理论、发展现状、关键技术和典型的云计算平台;介绍了信号分析处理的理论技术和发展现状及其与云计算技术结合的优势;2.分析开源的云计算平台Hadoop框架模型,搭建了云计算Hadoop集群服务器,为信号分析处理提供了平台支持;3.采用Java编程语言设计了本地服务器的应用模块;在MapReduce编程模型下,对信号时域统计分析的算法进行了程序设计和性能测试;4.在客户端/服务器端采用JSP技术设计客户端界面模块,结合Web技术、网络通信技术等,实现了系统由本地功能模块的开发到互联网移动终端的发布;5.在客户端/服务器端运用了B/S结构,使用户的移动终端只要能够接入互联网,并使用标准的浏览器和通讯协议与服务器进行通讯,不需要自定协议和开发相应的通讯模块,就可以查看分析结果。本论文把云计算技术、网络通信技术和信号分析处理技术相结合,实现了大数据下的基本信号分析处理功能,为实现信号分析处理的其他功能和大数据下其他行业的相关平台技术提供了理论依据和实际应用基础。
[Abstract]:Signal analysis and processing are widely used in equipment dynamic analysis, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, equipment management and maintenance. With the modernization and automation of equipment management and production, the amount of data to be analyzed and processed is very large in the process of signal analysis and processing. The rapid increase of data not only puts pressure on the storage capacity of computer hardware, but also brings challenges to data management and storage performance. With the development of computer technology and Internet technology, the emergence of cloud computing technology makes it possible to analyze and deal with big data. This paper uses cloud computing technology, combined with the relevant knowledge of signal analysis and processing, preliminarily realizes the platform construction of signal analysis and processing under big data, adopts network communication technology, The mobile terminal client and server can view the signal analysis and processing results in real time. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. This paper summarizes the theory, development status, key technologies and typical cloud computing platform of cloud computing, and introduces the theoretical technology and development status of signal analysis and processing and the advantages of combining with cloud computing technology. This paper analyzes the open source cloud computing platform Hadoop framework model, builds cloud computing Hadoop cluster server, and provides platform support for signal analysis and processing. The application module of the local server is designed with Java programming language, and the algorithm of time domain statistical analysis is programmed and the performance test is carried out under the MapReduce programming model. The client interface module is designed by using JSP technology in the client / server terminal. Combining with the Web technology and the network communication technology, the system is developed from the local function module to the release of the Internet mobile terminal. The B / S structure is used in the client / server, so that the user's mobile terminal can connect to the Internet and communicate with the server using standard browser and communication protocol, without the need of custom protocol and the development of corresponding communication module. You can see the results of the analysis. This paper combines cloud computing technology, network communication technology and signal analysis and processing technology to realize the basic signal analysis and processing function under big data. It provides theoretical basis and practical application basis for realizing other functions of signal analysis and processing and related platform technology of other industries under big data.
