某方位转台的结构工艺性分析与装配过程参数控制

【摘要】:针对某方位转台面对面排列的角接触球轴承组件和下轴承内外圈需同时定位的结构特点,结合主要承担轴向载荷的塑料导轨预留0.4mm装配间隙的要求,分析转台的结构工艺性,讨论轴承组件的预紧和预紧对基座中心载荷的卸荷作用,探讨转台的轴向载荷主要由基座和托架形成的塑料导轨承载的措施,通过实践验证了预紧量选取和预紧卸荷值计算的正确性,给出了转台轴承组件装配尺寸的控制要求,通过预紧提高了转台运转的均匀性。
[Abstract]:In view of the structural characteristics of the angular contact ball bearing assembly arranged face to face and the inner and outer ring of the lower bearing, which are arranged face to face of a certain azimuth turntable, combined with the requirement of reserved 0.4mm assembly clearance of plastic guideway bearing axial load, the structural and technological properties of the turntable are analyzed. This paper discusses the unloading effect of bearing assembly preload and preload on the center load of the base, and discusses the measures of bearing the plastic guide rail formed mainly by the base and the bracket in the axial load of the turntable. The correctness of the selection of preload and the calculation of unloading value are verified through practice. The control requirements of assembly size of turntable bearing components are given, and the uniformity of turntable operation is improved by pre-tightening.
