基于轨迹还原的智能手机室内定位系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着定位技术的发展,人们可以享受到越来越多的基于定位的服务。比如根据用户所处的位置发送特定的广告,根据用户所处位置建立特定的交友圈,在特定的地理环境提供相应的定制服务,这些服务随着用户对智能手机的依赖程度的增高而越发流行。室内定位是当前定位技术领域的难点,而且是众多研究机构争相攻克的研究热点,成熟的室内定位技术具有良好的应用前景和较强的应用价值,非常具有研究意义。 本文首先分析了室内定位技术的研究现状,指出了当前定位技术存在的优势和劣势。通过对现有室内定位技术工作的研究和分析,本文提出了一种以轨迹还原为基础,以环境感知为辅助,通过修正点进行校准实现逐步求精的定位系统。该系统以智能手机为平台,利用智能手机的光传感器进行室内外环境的判断。当检测出用户位于室内环境中后,利用手机的加速度传感器和方向传感器收集速度数据和姿态数据进行轨迹还原。针对轨迹还原中产生的累积误差,本文提出利用建筑物内特征明显的修正点对用户运动轨迹进行修正以缩小轨迹误差。为了使系统具有逐步求精性,系统利用聚类算法不断增加修正点的个数,,使系统的定位精度不断提高。 本文实现了上述室内定位系统,对系统的各个模块和总体定位精度分别进行实验。实验结果显示,系统的各个模块能很好的完成本模块的功能,综合各个模块后室内定位能达到较高的精度,同时系统的能耗在可接受范围内。通过实验,证明了利用本文所述系统可以有效地实现室内定位。
[Abstract]:With the development of positioning technology, people can enjoy more and more location-based services. For example, sending specific advertisements according to the location of the user, establishing a specific circle of friends according to the location of the user, and providing customized services in a specific geographical environment. These services have become more popular as users become more dependent on smartphones. Indoor positioning is a difficult point in the field of current positioning technology, and it is a hot research topic for many research institutions. The mature indoor positioning technology has good application prospect and strong application value, and it is of great significance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of indoor positioning technology, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of current positioning technology. Based on the research and analysis of the existing indoor positioning technology, this paper presents a positioning system based on trajectory restoration, assisted by environmental perception, and calibrated by correction points to achieve progressive refinement. The system uses the smart phone as the platform and uses the light sensor of the smart phone to judge the indoor and outdoor environment. When the user is found in the indoor environment, the acceleration sensor and the direction sensor of the mobile phone are used to collect the velocity data and attitude data to restore the trajectory. In view of the accumulated error caused by trajectory reduction, this paper proposes to reduce the trajectory error by modifying the user's trajectory by using the correction points with obvious characteristics in the building. In order to improve the precision of the system step by step, the cluster algorithm is used to increase the number of correction points and improve the positioning accuracy of the system. In this paper, the above indoor positioning system is realized, and each module and the overall positioning accuracy of the system are tested separately. The experimental results show that each module of the system can complete the function of this module very well. After synthesizing each module, the indoor positioning can reach a higher precision, and the energy consumption of the system is within the acceptable range. Through experiments, it is proved that indoor positioning can be realized effectively by using the system described in this paper.
