【摘要】:我国已形成的三大电信运营商在多业务的经营模式下,在移动、宽带市场上竞争日趋激烈。通信企业运营模式从“技术、网络驱动”向“市场驱动”和“客户驱动”转化,只有追求优质个人客户和企业集团客户的忠诚才可能在未来通信业务市场竞争中占据优势。高品质的网络,优质的服务,有针对性的积极探索企业信息化和互联网服务是吸引用户的重要手段,这也是影响所有电信运营商的战略重点。伴随着国家“宽带中国·光网城市”工程,光纤以由传统的局间互联和长途网络延伸至家庭宽带上网,单个家庭接入的速率也越来越快。组网简洁、产业链成熟的PON技术成为各大电信运营商实施接入网改造工程的第一选择。EPON和GPON技术产业链不断成熟发展,经过长期的升级演进,EPON网络已具备了大规模部署的技术基础。光纤价格的持续走低,EPON网络部署成本下降,而铜价日渐攀升,原有铜缆被盗严重促使电信运营商加速原有接入网的“光进铜退”。EPON网络的规模部署不仅能有效解决宽带多媒体业务的发展需求,农村信息化的市场需求,亦能解决市政通信管道的拥塞问题,冰雪洪涝灾害的重建问题。基于EPON技术的新型光接入网(FTTx),与原来的铜线接入网有所不同,新型的FTTx网络优先考虑接入点充分下移,因此接入站点分散、数量庞大。互联网发展带来的各类应用业务不断推陈出新,在组网模式、技术实现、多业务融合承载等方面与传统铜缆网络相比都有很大的变化,以往基于传统铜缆的网络测试方法和系统已经难以满足EPON光接入网管理维护的要求。特别是在EPON光接入网大规模部署后,迫切需要提供面向光接入网的测试方法和工具,实现对工程交付质量管控、网络运行检测、故障的快速处理,减少工程质量管理、网络运行维护成本的投入,最终提高光网运营的整体客户服务水平。本文重点分析了EPON技术在光接入网中的应用,介绍了EPON组网模式和多业务的承载应用,提出用工程挂测的方法,对设备资源进行挂测仿真,对资源信息与业务信息的集中和融合,实现集中、有效的工程验收支撑手段和工具,最终提升工程验收效率和工程建设质量,以达到“ODN哑资源”规范管理,EPON网络光衰损耗管理的双重目标,实现EPON网络的质量管理,并为EPON网络装维服务提供必要支撑。本文研究成果也为行业其他电信运营商提供了参考与借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Under the multi-service mode, the three telecom operators in China have become increasingly competitive in mobile and broadband markets. From "technology, network driven" to "market driven" and "customer driven", the mode of operation of communication enterprises is transformed from "technology, network driven" to "market driven" and "customer driven". Only by pursuing the loyalty of high quality individual customers and enterprise group customers can they occupy an advantage in the future communication business market competition. High-quality networks, high-quality services, targeted and active exploration of enterprise information and Internet services are important means to attract users, which is also the strategic focus of all telecom operators. With the national project of "Broadband China Optical Network City", optical fiber is extended from traditional inter-office interconnection and long-distance network to home broadband Internet access, and the rate of single home access is also getting faster and faster. The simple and mature PON technology has become the first choice for the telecom operators to carry out the transformation project of access network. EPON and GPON technology industry chain has been maturing and developing. After long-term upgrade and evolution, EPON network already has the technical foundation of large-scale deployment. The price of optical fiber continues to fall, while the cost of deploying EPON networks is falling, while copper prices are rising. The theft of the original copper cable seriously urges telecom operators to speed up the deployment of the "optical access and copper retreat" .EPON network scale of the original access network, which can not only effectively solve the development needs of broadband multimedia services, but also the market demand of rural informatization. It can also solve the congestion problem of municipal communication pipeline and the reconstruction of ice and snow flood disaster. The new type of optical access network based on EPON technology is different from the original copper wire access network. The new type of FTTx network gives priority to the sufficient downshifting of access points, so the access stations are scattered and the number of access stations is huge. All kinds of application services brought by the development of the Internet are constantly emerging from the old. Compared with the traditional copper cable networks, there are great changes in networking mode, technology realization, multi-service convergence and carrying capacity. The traditional network testing methods and systems based on traditional copper cables have been difficult to meet the requirements of EPON optical access network management and maintenance. Especially after the large-scale deployment of EPON optical access network, it is urgent to provide testing methods and tools oriented to optical access network, to realize quality control of project delivery, network operation detection, rapid handling of failures, and reduce engineering quality management. The cost of network operation and maintenance will ultimately improve the overall customer service level of optical network operation. In this paper, the application of EPON technology in optical access network is analyzed, and the application of EPON networking mode and multi-service carrying capacity is introduced. The method of engineering testing is put forward to simulate the equipment resources. Centralize and integrate resource information with business information, realize centralized and effective engineering acceptance support means and tools, and ultimately improve the efficiency of project acceptance and the quality of engineering construction, In order to achieve the dual goal of "ODN dumb resource" standard management of optical decay loss management in EPON network, the quality management of EPON network is realized, and the necessary support for EPON network maintenance service is provided. The research results of this paper also provide reference and reference value for other telecom operators in the industry.
