复合左右手传输线设计及其应用

【摘要】:随着信息技术的高速发展,现代通信系统对微波器件的多频、宽频带、小型化等性能提出了更高的要求。在传统方法难以改善其性能的情况下,具有低损耗、宽频带、平衡性等新颖物理特性的复合左右手传输线为电磁领域开辟了一个极具潜力的研究方向。目前,复合左右手传输线的物理特性已经在理论和实验上得到了验证,其新型的结构设计和应用成为了物理和电磁领域的研究焦点。本文对复合左右手传输线的理论和实践进行了推导和研究,着重于新颖结构设计,并在漏波天线和生物医学领域进行了应用探索。 本文主要内容包括: 1)从微带线的分析入手分析了复合左右手传输线的作用机理,研究了理想复合左右手传输线以及LC网络形式的复合左右手传输线的原理和特性。 2)提出了一种新颖的双通带的二单元X型复合左右手传输线。采用场路结合的研究方法,从理论和实验上推导和验证了该结构的相关独特的电磁特性。该传输线实现了在6.27GHz-6.56GHz频段呈现右手通带特性,在11GHz-16.5GHz频段呈现宽带的复合左右手平衡型通带特性。 3)提出了一种四单元的X型金属片周期性排列构成的复合左右手传输线,并从集总参数等效电路、S参数提取和实验等方面分别分析验证了其通带特性,传输特性以及左手特性。该结构在9.3GHz-10.08GHz呈现右手特性;在10.08GHz-10.9GHz呈现左手特性,具有1.6GHz的传输带宽。 4)改进设计了一款基于平行板电容和弯折微带线的新型复合左右手传输线结构,该结构在0.9GHz-7.5GHz的频带内实现平衡型CRLH结构。基于该结构设计了CRLH传输线漏波天线。该天线在2.25GHz处获得良好的左右手平衡特性,实现从-380到250的宽边辐射。 5)研究了CRLH传输线在减少人体吸收辐射能量中的应用。仿真表明,加入阻抗匹配的CRLH传输线作为屏蔽板对天线的辐射性能影响不大,而人体对天线辐射能量的吸收减少显著。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, modern communication systems require higher performance of microwave devices such as multi-frequency, broad-band and miniaturization. Under the condition that it is difficult to improve the performance of the traditional method, the composite left-hand transmission lines with novel physical characteristics such as low loss, wide band, balance and so on have opened up a potential research direction for the electromagnetic field. At present, the physical properties of the composite left-hand transmission line have been verified theoretically and experimentally, and its new structure design and application have become the focus of research in the field of physics and electromagnetism. In this paper, the theory and practice of the compound left-hand transmission line are deduced and studied, with emphasis on the novel structural design, and its application in the field of leaky antenna and biomedicine. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) starting with the analysis of microstrip lines, the mechanism of composite left-right transmission lines is analyzed, and the principle and characteristics of ideal composite left-right and right-hand transmission lines and composite left-right hand transmission lines in the form of LC network are studied. 2) A novel two-element X-type compound left-right-hand transmission line with double pass band is proposed. The related unique electromagnetic characteristics of the structure are deduced and verified theoretically and experimentally by using the method of field-circuit combination. The transmission line has the characteristics of the right hand passband in the 6.27GHz-6.56GHz band and the broadband band in the 11GHz-16.5GHz band. 3) A compound left-right hand transmission line composed of four elements of X-type metal sheet is proposed, and its passband characteristic, transmission characteristic and left-handed characteristic are analyzed and verified from the aspects of lumped parameter equivalent circuit s parameter extraction and experiment. The structure presents the right hand characteristic in 9.3GHz-10.08GHz and the left-handed characteristic in 10.08GHz-10.9GHz with the transmission bandwidth of 1.6GHz. 4) A novel compound left-right hand transmission line structure based on parallel plate capacitance and bending microstrip line is designed. The structure realizes balanced CRLH structure in the band of 0.9GHz-7.5GHz. Based on this structure, the CRLH transmission line leaky wave antenna is designed. The antenna has a good balance between left and right at 2.25GHz, and has a wide edge radiation from-380 to 250. 5) the application of CRLH transmission line in reducing the radiation energy absorbed by human body is studied. Simulation results show that the CRLH transmission line with impedance matching has little effect on the radiation performance of the antenna, but the absorption of the radiation energy of the antenna is significantly reduced by the human body.
