手机硬件检测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着手机产业的快速发展,现如今手机已经融入了每一个人的生活并随之而来形成了完整地产业链。为了占领市场,各大企业也都相继推出了自己的品牌手机。除了手机生产之外,对手机的功能检测同样十分的重要,但是国内的检测技术还停留在相对较低的水平。企业对手机的检测大多是对工艺质量,寿命的检测。缺乏有效的对于手机功能的测试,这样就无法避免一些故障手机流入市场,对消费者和厂家造成损失。本文针对现今国内手机生产中遇到的手机质量检测问题进行了需求调研,提出了一个手机硬件功能检测的新方法。通过对手机检测过程的研究,分析检测的基本步骤,在此基础上研究了机械驱动、音频分析与图像识别原理,进而提出了手机功能自动化检测的新思路与新方法。结合了机械驱动与计算机Lavbiew软件编程制造出了自动化检测原型机并进行了测试。测试结果正确率达到95%以上。说明该手机硬件检测系统可以完成手机的声音回路检测与按键检测并且在效率上大大领先人工操作,实现了手机硬件检测的自动化。该检测方法的提出补充了国内手机检测领域的空缺,为手机检测开辟了新的道路。该方法为其他便携电子设备的检测也提供了借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the mobile phone industry, nowadays, the mobile phone has been integrated into the life of everyone and has formed a complete industrial chain. In order to occupy the market, the major enterprises have also launched their own brand mobile phone. In addition to cell phone production, mobile phone function testing is also very important, but domestic detection technology remains at a relatively low level. The detection of mobile phone by enterprises is mostly the detection of process quality and service life. In the absence of effective testing of mobile phone functions, it is impossible to avoid some malfunctioning phones flowing into the market, causing losses to consumers and manufacturers. In this paper, a new method of mobile phone hardware function testing is put forward. Based on the research of mobile phone detection process and the basic steps of detection, this paper studies the principles of mechanical drive, audio analysis and image recognition, and then puts forward a new idea and method for automatic detection of mobile phone functions. Combined with mechanical drive and computer Lavbiew software programming, a prototype automatic testing machine was developed and tested. The accuracy of the test results is over 95%. It shows that the mobile phone hardware detection system can complete the sound loop detection and keystroke detection of the mobile phone, and greatly lead the manual operation in efficiency, and realize the automation of the mobile phone hardware detection. The proposed detection method complements the gaps in the field of mobile phone detection in China and opens up a new way for mobile phone detection. This method also provides reference for other portable electronic equipment detection.
