物联网发展指数及其评价体系研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的广泛普及,通信设备制造、应用水平不断提高,物联网作为一种新的技术、产业也应运而生。目前国内外针对物联网的研究主要为技术层面和应用层面,对物联网发展水平评价研究较少。面对物联网的飞速发展,采用什么标准和方式,对物联网发展水平做出准确定量的表示是十分重要的,这影响着物联网的发展方向和侧重点。针对这个问题,本文对我国物联网发展水平进行了系统的分析和评价,并定义了物联网发展指数(IoT Development Index, ITDI). 本文在对我国物联网的发展水平进行测度与评价研究过程中所做的工作包括:首先,通过对我国物联网发展现状、物联网发展特点、制约物联网发展的影响因素进行深入分析,从而构建我国物联网发展评价体系,完成对评价体系指标的界定并予以解释。其次,本文选取了几种具有代表性的综合评价法对指标进行赋权,包含主观赋权法(德尔菲法、层次分析法)及客观赋权法(熵值法),运用这三种方法得到三组权重系数;再次,使用Kendall一致性系数检验三种评价方法赋权结果的一致性,进而针对检验结果选择合适的方法确定组合评价模型的权重;最后,使用组合权重对无量纲的原始数据进行加权计算,得到我国物联网发展指数与四个分类指数(网络发展水平指数、装备水平指数、研发能力指数、发展效果指数),并结合这几类指数针对我国物联网的发展情况做实证研究,论文本文研究工作的正确性。
[Abstract]:With the wide popularity of the Internet, communication equipment manufacturing, the level of application is constantly improving, the Internet of things as a new technology, the industry also came into being. At present, the research on the Internet of things at home and abroad is mainly on the technical level and the application level, and there is little research on the evaluation of the development level of the Internet of things. In the face of the rapid development of the Internet of things, it is very important to make accurate and quantitative representation of the level of the development of the Internet of things, which affects the direction and emphasis of the development of the Internet of things. Aiming at this problem, this paper makes a systematic analysis and evaluation of the development level of the Internet of things in China, and defines the index of development of the Internet of things, IoT Development Index, ITDI. In this paper, the development of the Internet of things in China in the measurement and evaluation of the level of research work done including: first, through the development of the Internet of things in China, the characteristics of the development of the Internet of things, constraints on the development of Internet of things factors in-depth analysis. Thus, the evaluation system of Internet of things development in China is constructed, and the definition and interpretation of the evaluation system index are completed. Secondly, this paper selects several representative comprehensive evaluation methods to weight the index, including subjective weighting method (Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process) and objective weighting method (entropy method), using these three methods to obtain three groups of weight coefficients; Thirdly, we use Kendall consistency coefficient to test the consistency of the three evaluation methods, and then choose the appropriate method to determine the weight of the combined evaluation model. By using combined weights to calculate the dimensionless raw data, the development index of Internet of things and four classification indexes (network development level index, equipment level index, R & D capability index) in China are obtained. The development effect index and the empirical research on the development of the Internet of things in China are combined with these indexes, and the correctness of the research work in this paper is presented.
