基于物联网技术的冷链食品安全追溯系统分析与设计

【摘要】:近几年来,许多食品安全事故频繁发生,严重威胁消费者的身体健康,引起了世界的广泛关注,也影响了食品行业的持续、健康、稳定的发展。我国的食品冷链物流存在着冷链中断、监控不严格、软硬件设备落后、行业标准不完备等诸多问题,而带来了大量的冷链食品浪费并且导致冷链食品安全事故发生,严重危害到了人们的日常生活。文章的主要分析了我国基于物联网技术开展冷链食品产业发展的研究现状,选取了肉类产品为研究对象;分析国外在物联网应用方面研究以及将其应用于食品冷链物流中的发展趋势;根据国内外的研究现状,总结了论文的技术路线和结构框架;总结分析了物联网关键技术,对其技术架构和技术分析进行了详细的阐述;同时进一步分析了我国冷链食品安全追溯研究中存在的问题,建构了影响追溯研究因素的静态和动态模型;按照软件开发的流程,重点从业务流程和数据流程的角度来完成系统的需求分析,从政府监管部门、相关企业和消费者三个方面具体阐述了用户需求;详细阐述了冷链食品安全追溯系统的总体设计和详细设计,包括系统物理结构设计、系统逻辑结构设计;在详细设计部分,设计了系统的功能模块和接口;最后对系统进行了界面测试和功能安全性测试,测试结果显示,系统设计满足系统设计要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many food safety accidents occur frequently, which seriously threaten the health of consumers, and cause widespread concern in the world, but also affect the sustained, healthy and stable development of the food industry. There are many problems in food cold chain logistics in China, such as cold chain interruption, not strict monitoring, backward hardware and software equipment, incomplete industry standards, etc., which bring a lot of cold chain food waste and lead to cold chain food safety accidents. It seriously endangers people's daily life. This paper mainly analyzes the research status of cold-chain food industry based on Internet of things technology in China, and selects meat products as the research object. This paper analyzes the research on the application of Internet of things abroad and the development trend of its application in food cold chain logistics. According to the current research situation at home and abroad, it summarizes the technical route and structure framework of the paper, summarizes and analyzes the key technologies of the Internet of things. At the same time, the problems existing in the research of cold chain food safety traceability in China are analyzed, and the static and dynamic models that influence the factors of tracing research are constructed. According to the process of software development, the paper gives a detailed description of the technical framework and technical analysis of the cold chain food safety traceability. From the point of view of business process and data flow, the system needs analysis is carried out, and the user needs are elaborated from three aspects: government supervision department, related enterprise and consumer. The overall design and detailed design of the cold chain food safety traceability system are described in detail, including the system physical structure design, the system logic structure design, the detailed design part, the design of the function module and the interface of the system. Finally, the interface test and function security test of the system are carried out. The test results show that the system design meets the requirements of the system design.
