物联网通信服务平台保障系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着物联网应用的不断发展,物联网终端的规模越来越大,大型企业对终端设备的运营压力越来越大终端设备自身运行状态业务系统的运行状态已有了相对完备的监控管理系统,但对于终端的通信资源的管理及移动数据通信状态的监控还有待加强,终端的使用部门和维护部门无法实时准确地了解到终端设备的无线通信状态,终端通信故障的处理长期困扰着使用部门和终端厂家 针对以上问题在充分而深入地调研了设备管理交通物流金融消费电子等行业对移动通信的需求和应用现状后,针对当前各类终端移动数据通信存在主要问题,率先着手建设了面向客户终端的物联网通信服务平台保障系统θ以下简称物联网通信服务平台ι,从而为客户提供从终端接入到主站专线接入的全程通信保障服务 论文的目标是构建一套物联网通信服务保障系统,能够对终端进行有效的综合告警管理,以及较为准确的故障定位分析,将极大地帮助大客户对终端的使用部门准确掌握终端的通信状态,,帮助终端厂家提高终端的运维效率,降低掉线率,从而提升面终端的通信服务保障能力 系统建立在JaveEE的技术体系上,基于Dubbo框架搭建的能力开放平台的基础上提供的应用的目标,与运营商内部的业务支撑系统运营支撑系统质量监测系统位置服务平台等对接,形成物联网终端平台保障系统特有的功能应用包括企业的组织资产,设备监控账务查询流量分析网络拨测异常告警业务办理故障排查数据轨迹分析位置查询系统配置管理等功能 系统的创新性在于实现了构建一套具有可开放能力框架的物联网通讯服务保障系统的应用,可将物联网通讯保障能力通过能力开放的开放接口OpenAPI的形式对外提供能力调用,也可通过自身的物联网通讯服务保障系统对外提供通道服务保障除了技术上的创新之外,目前针对运营商通道类的保障的应用系统为首创,该系统能够高时效性准确完整的企业及终端的数据关联视图,可以实时监测业务网络通信位置等多层面的状态异动,为企业提供智能化的终端设备管控服务体系
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet of things application, the scale of the Internet of things terminal is becoming larger and larger. The operation pressure of large enterprises to the terminal equipment is more and more great. The operation state of the operation state business system of the terminal equipment itself has been relatively complete monitoring and management system. However, the management of terminal communication resources and the monitoring of mobile data communication status need to be strengthened. The terminal usage department and maintenance department can not accurately understand the wireless communication status of terminal equipment in real time. The handling of terminal communication malfunction has been perplexing the use department and terminal manufacturer for a long time. In view of the above problems, after fully and deeply investigating the demand and application status of mobile communication in the industries such as equipment management, transportation, logistics, finance, consumption, electronics and so on, there are main problems in the current mobile data communication of all kinds of terminals. This paper takes the lead in constructing the Internet of things communication service platform security system 胃 for customer terminal, which is referred to as Internet of things communication service platform, so as to provide customers with the whole process communication support service from terminal access to master station dedicated line access. The goal of this paper is to construct a set of Internet of things communication service guarantee system, which can effectively manage the terminal alarm and analyze the fault location accurately. It will greatly help the customers to grasp the terminal communication status accurately, help the terminal manufacturers to improve the terminal maintenance efficiency and reduce the drop rate, thus enhancing the communication service support ability of the terminal. The system is based on the technical system of JaveEE, and the application target provided on the basis of the open capability platform built on the framework of Dubbo, and docked with the service platform of the operation support system, the quality monitoring system, the position service platform, and so on, within the business support system of the operator, and so on. The functions of the support system of the Internet of things terminal platform include the organizational assets of the enterprise, the traffic analysis of the equipment monitoring account inquiry, the network calling abnormal alarm service handling, troubleshooting data locus analysis, location query system configuration management, and so on. The innovation of the system lies in the realization of the application of constructing a set of Internet of things communication service guarantee system with open capability framework, which can provide capability transfer through the form of open interface OpenAPI. It is also possible to provide channel service protection through its own Internet of things communication service guarantee system. In addition to technical innovation, the current application system aimed at the operators' channel type security is the first. The system can provide high timeliness, accurate and complete view of data association between enterprise and terminal, and can real-time monitor multi-level state change of service network communication location, and provide intelligent terminal equipment management and control service system for enterprise.
