护目镜双目显示光学系统研究

【摘要】:本文概述了头盔显示器的基本概念、主要任务、工作过程以及研制现状和典型产品,介绍了HMD光学系统的工作原理和一般组成。本文详细论述了机载头盔瞄准/显示器光学系统的结构和设计要求,确定双曲面护目镜式光学结构为最终设计方案,设计了护目镜型头盔显示器光学系统,使用CODE-V(9.5)光学设计软件对头盔显示器的护目镜式离轴非球面光学系统进行了优化设计,获得十分理想的效果,使得头盔瞄准具整个结构更合理,实用性更强;分析了该光学系统的光学性能和畸变特点,研究了该光学系统畸变的算法软件校正方法,并对护目镜型头盔显示器光学系统进行了畸变校正,结果显示:校正后光学系统具有很高的成像质量,空间频率为501p/mm时,全视场调制传递函数接近0.2,同时畸变小于0.5,系统满足机载护目镜型头盔显示器性能指标要求。最后对头盔显示器光学系统的关键技术和发展趋势作了扼要分析。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the basic concept, main task, working process, development status and typical products of helmet display are summarized. The working principle and general composition of HMD optical system are introduced. In this paper, the structure and design requirements of airborne helmet-mounted sighting / display optical system are discussed in detail. The hyperboloid optical structure is determined as the final design scheme, and the optical system of goggle-type helmet display is designed. The design of off-axis aspheric optical system of helmet display is optimized by using CODE-VC9.5), which makes the whole structure of helmet sighting more reasonable and practical. The optical properties and distortion characteristics of the optical system are analyzed. The algorithm and software correction method for the distortion of the optical system is studied, and the distortion correction for the optical system of the goggle-type helmet display is carried out. The results show that the corrected optical system has high imaging quality. When the spatial frequency is 501p/mm, the full field modulation transfer function is close to 0.2 and the distortion is less than 0.5. The system meets the performance requirements of airborne goggle-type helmet displays. Finally, the key technology and development trend of helmet display optical system are briefly analyzed.
