基于调频副载波的应急广播消息传输协议探讨

【摘要】：探讨定义一种基于调频副载波的应急广播消息传输技术机制和协议封装格式,实现对应急广播信令和数据传输控制协议及终端设备编码规则的统一和规范化,解决各设备厂商生产的终端互不兼容导致后期维护困难等方面的问题,促进和加快各地采用调频负载波技术进行应急广播消息播发的应用系统建设和发展速度。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the definition of an emergency broadcast message transmission mechanism and protocol encapsulation format based on FM subcarrier, and realizes the unification and standardization of the emergency broadcast signaling and data transmission control protocol and the coding rules of terminal equipment. In order to solve the problems of terminal incompatibility caused by various equipment manufacturers in late maintenance, and to speed up the application system construction and development speed of emergency broadcast information broadcast by using FM load wave technology in various places.
