基于HBase的海量小视频存储与检索系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:近几年来,随着“平安城市”建设的推广,在公安刑侦等安防领域业务中视频监控系统得到了广泛应用。随之而来的是监控视频信息的快速增长,如何对海量的监控视频数据进行有效的存储和检索成为视频监控检索研究领域里的热点问题。 本文针对以上需求,在对监控视频数据和云计算技术研究的基础上,设计并实现了一种基于HBase的海量小视频存储和检索系统。考虑到用户真正关注的是海量视频中包含目标人物执行某些动作的视频片段,为了更好的满足用户的需求,将系统的输出设计为目标人物执行特定动作的视频片段。 系统首先根据MPEG-7标准,利用MPEG-7描述定义语言和标准描述子对视频数据的图像特征进行描述,并以XML文件格式输出。在对XML进行编码解析后,,通过一个数据映射模型将XML数据的树形结构映射到HBase的面向列的数据模型中。在数据检索模块中,将事件发生的时间、地点、目标人物的图像、目标人物的动作信息作为输入,通过与视频库、视频片段库以及图片信息库中的值进行匹配,最后按照相似度的大小顺序输出目标视频片段。本文设计了一组实验,并通过实验验证了本文提出的海量小视频存储和检索系统的性能和有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the promotion of the construction of "Ping an City", video surveillance system has been widely used in the field of public security and criminal investigation. With the rapid growth of surveillance video information, how to effectively store and retrieve the massive surveillance video data has become a hot issue in the field of video surveillance retrieval. In this paper, based on the research of surveillance video data and cloud computing technology, a large amount of small video storage and retrieval system based on HBase is designed and implemented. Considering that what users really pay attention to is the video segment which contains some actions performed by the target person. In order to better meet the needs of the user, the output of the system is designed as the video segment of the target person to perform certain actions. Firstly, according to MPEG-7 standard, the system uses MPEG-7 description definition language and standard descriptor to describe the image features of video data, and outputs them in XML file format. After encoding and parsing XML, the tree structure of XML data is mapped to column oriented data model of HBase by a data mapping model. In the data retrieval module, the image of the target person, the image of the target person and the action information of the target person are used as input in the data retrieval module, which matches the values in the video library, the video segment library and the picture information base. Finally, the target video segment is output according to the order of similarity. In this paper, we design a set of experiments, and verify the performance and effectiveness of the proposed system of mass small video storage and retrieval.
