LTE-A手机看门狗电路的设计与研究

【摘要】:首先简要介绍了LTE-A手机终端的系统结构,在此基础上为解决LTE-A手机程序跑飞需要拔电池重启的问题,提出了基于分立器件实现看门狗复位的设计方案,结合基带处理器的通用输入输出接口进行软件控制,能够输出满足系统供自动重启需要的复位时间,并对硬件进行了系统的测试,该看门狗电路具有较高的时效性和可靠性,有助于提高LTE-A手机系统的稳定性。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the system structure of LTE-A mobile phone terminal is briefly introduced. In order to solve the problem that the LTE-A mobile phone program needs to be restarted by unplugging the battery, a design scheme based on discrete devices to realize the watchdog reset is put forward. Combined with the general input and output interface of the baseband processor to control the software, the reset time that meets the need of automatic restart of the system can be outputted. The hardware is tested systematically. The watchdog circuit has high timeliness and reliability. It is helpful to improve the stability of LTE-A mobile phone system.
