增加PIFA手机天线带宽的优化设计方法研究

【摘要】:本文针对目前智能手机对天线的普遍要求设计了一种低剖面宽频带天线。天线工作频段为GSM900M\DCS1800M\PCS1900M\TD1900M\TD2100M, PIFA形式天线。体积53mm*8mm*3mm面积531mm2。为充分适应智能机的需要,该天线高度比较低,靠主板边缘处2mm,靠主板内侧最高的地方4mm,平均高度3mm。该天线在结构上采用倾斜的平面,该设计充分利用了手机圆弧流线的外形特点,为天线争取到了最大的净空体积,为设计目标带宽提供了必要的天线净空体积。这个天线综合运用了接地干扰片耦合技术、改变参考地形状增加天线带宽的技术、曲流技术、多分支技术和匹配网络等多种技术方法对天线进行优化设计。设计方式采用先用HFSS软件对天线进行电脑仿真,再用实物进行制作,对仿真结果进行验证。经验证,实物设计结果与仿真结果较为一致,对以后利用该技术提高天线带宽有切实的参考意义。利用这些技术后,这个天线不但以多频段,宽带宽,高效率,高增益,低剖面的技术特点达到了行业标准,而且以其成本低,易组装的经济实用性,实现了良好的商业价值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a low profile broadband antenna is designed to meet the general requirement of smart phone antenna. The frequency band of antenna is GSM900M\ DCS1800M\ PCS1900M\ TD1900M\ TD2100M. Volume 53mm*8mm*3mm area 531mm 2. In order to fully meet the needs of the smart machine, the antenna height is relatively low, 2mm on the edge of the main board and 4mm on the top of the inner side of the main board, with an average height of 3 mm. The antenna adopts inclined plane in structure. The design makes full use of the shape characteristics of the mobile phone arc streamline to obtain the maximum clearance volume for the antenna and provides the necessary antenna clearance volume for the design of the target bandwidth. The antenna is optimized by various techniques, such as grounding interference chip coupling technology, changing the shape of reference ground and increasing antenna bandwidth, meandering technology, multi-branch technology and matching network, etc. Firstly, the antenna is simulated by HFSS software, and then the simulation results are verified. It is verified that the result of the design is in agreement with the simulation result, which has practical reference significance for improving the antenna bandwidth by using this technique in the future. By using these technologies, the antenna not only achieves the industry standard with the characteristics of multi-frequency band, wide band, high efficiency, high gain and low profile, but also has good commercial value because of its low cost and easy to assemble.
