双频段Koch岛型微带贴片天线的理论研究与设计

【摘要】:本文旨在设计一种用于3G通信频段和5GHzWiFi频段的双频段手机天线,以Koch岛型微带贴片天线为设计原型,采用了理论分析、软件仿真优化与实物测试三者结合的设计方法,主要研究内容和取得成果有: 首先,根据天线的工作频段、增益大小和回波损耗要求,选择了一种科赫(Koch)岛型微带贴片天线作为设计原型。利用Hfss-Matlab-Api脚本对微带分形天线编程建模,利用HFSS软件初步完成天线主要性能指标的仿真分析。 其次,为了进一步改善天线的方向性和阻抗特性,依据阵列天线理论、微带天线小型化技术和微带天线宽频化技术对基型微带天线模型进行优化。通过HFSS软件的优化功能,分析微带贴片天线各参数对天线的辐射特性的影响,提出了满足设计目标的最优方案。 再次,根据优化设计方案制作了天线实物,并在微波暗室中完成天线性能测试。测试结果表明:在设计目标频段1880-2170MHz和5150-5350MHz范围内,回波损耗值都低于-6dB,天线的增益值均大于0dBi,完全符合当下的手机天线设计标准,且与理论仿真结果基本吻合。 最后,对手机天线安全性指标SAR值进行仿真分析。将人体头部模型和手机天线模型同时导入HFSS软件中,仿真分析手机天线对人体头部的电磁影响,对研究如何减小手机天线对人体头部的辐射起到了指导性作用。 总之,我们提出的双频段Koch岛型微带贴片天线具有良好的工程应用效果和一定的市场推广价值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to design a dual-band mobile phone antenna for 3G communication band and 5GHz WiFi band. Using Koch island microstrip patch antenna as the prototype, the design method of theoretical analysis, software simulation optimization and physical testing is adopted. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: firstly, a Koch island microstrip patch antenna is selected as the prototype according to the working frequency, gain and echo loss requirements of the antenna. Hfss-Matlab-Api script is used to model the microstrip fractal antenna, and HFSS software is used to simulate and analyze the main antenna performance. Secondly, in order to further improve the directional and impedance characteristics of the antenna, the microstrip antenna miniaturization technology and the microstrip antenna broadband technology are optimized according to the antenna array theory. Through the optimization function of HFSS software, the influence of the parameters of microstrip patch antenna on the radiation characteristics of the antenna is analyzed, and the optimal scheme to meet the design objective is proposed. Thirdly, the antenna object is made according to the optimized design scheme, and the antenna performance is tested in the microwave darkroom. The test results show that in the range of 1880-2170MHz and 5150-5350MHz, the return loss is lower than -6dB, and the gain of antenna is larger than 0dBi. it fully accords with the current design standard of mobile phone antenna, and is in good agreement with the theoretical simulation results. Finally, the SAR value of antenna security index of mobile phone is simulated and analyzed. The human head model and the mobile phone antenna model are introduced into HFSS software at the same time, and the electromagnetic effect of the mobile phone antenna on the human head is simulated and analyzed, which plays a guiding role in the study of how to reduce the radiation of the mobile phone antenna to the human head. In conclusion, the proposed dual-band Koch island microstrip patch antenna has good engineering application effect and certain market value.
