同频同时全双工LTE射频前端设计与实现

【摘要】：随着无线移动通信的发展,越来越多的无线通信设备接入无线通信网络,同时带来无线频谱资源的匮乏,因此提高频谱利用率成为当今无线通信研究重点,而同频同时全双工无线通信技术在传输速率不变的情况下,将频谱占用率降低一半,成为最近两年国内外研究热点。在同频同时全双工模式下,目前有两种射频干扰抵消:直接射频干扰抵消、间接射频干扰抵消。本设计采用直接射频干扰对消方案,针对直接射频干扰对消方案,提出设计参数需求,分块设计射频干扰对消模块,并实现了射频干扰对消的测试验证,给出测试与分析结果。首先,本文研究了现有的全双工移动通信射频前端的技术方案,分析TDD与FDD全双工方案的优缺点,以及同频同时全双工射频前端的研究现状,为本课题的研究提供参考和设计思路。其次,提出同频同时全双工LTE射频前端参数指标以及性能指标,以及对影响最后性能指标的参数做重点理论推导和简单的文字说明,对后面设计射频电路和调试电路有指导作用。再次,根据指标参数和性能指标,对同频同时全双工LTE射频前端电路结构和关键模块的设计做总体设计,以及最后调试方法的设计。最后,根据指标需求、功能需求对同频同时全双工LTE射频前端各各功能模块做详细设计,完成功能与指标的要求。并完成对射频前端功能和性能的测试,以及最重要的级联干扰对消的测试。在干扰信号为-10dBm时,能够达到44dB的干扰对消效果,满足设计需求。本文将直接射频干扰抵消方案应用到LTE射频前端中,并完成了很好的射频干扰抵消效果,实现了传输数据速率不变,频谱资源利用率提高一倍。射频干扰抵消的验证可以很好的应用到其他无线通信领域,调高无线频谱的利用效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of wireless mobile communication, more and more wireless communication devices are connected to wireless communication network, and at the same time, the lack of wireless spectrum resources, so improving the spectrum efficiency has become the focus of wireless communication research. With the same frequency and full duplex wireless communication technology, the spectrum occupancy rate is reduced by half under the condition of constant transmission rate, which has become a hot research topic in the last two years at home and abroad. In the same frequency simultaneous full duplex mode, there are two kinds of radio frequency interference cancellation: direct radio frequency interference cancellation and indirect radio frequency interference cancellation. This design adopts the scheme of direct radio frequency interference cancellation, aiming at the scheme of direct radio frequency interference cancellation, puts forward the requirement of design parameters, designs the module of radio frequency interference cancellation in blocks, and realizes the test verification of radio frequency interference cancellation, and gives the test and analysis results. First of all, this paper studies the existing full-duplex mobile communication RF front-end technology, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of TDD and FDD full-duplex schemes, as well as the research status of simultaneous full-duplex RF front-end in the same frequency. To provide reference and design ideas for the study of this topic. Secondly, the parameters and performance indexes of full-duplex LTE RF front-end with the same frequency are proposed, and the key theoretical derivation and simple description of the parameters affecting the final performance index are also given. It can guide the design of RF circuit and debug circuit. Thirdly, according to the index parameters and performance indexes, the overall design of RF front-end circuit structure and key modules of simultaneous full-duplex LTE is made, and the final debugging method is designed. Finally, according to the requirement of index and function, every function module of full-duplex LTE RF front-end with same frequency is designed in detail to fulfill the requirement of function and index. The function and performance of RF front end and the most important concatenated interference cancellation are tested. When the interference signal is -10 dBm, the interference cancellation effect of 44dB can be achieved and the design requirement can be satisfied. In this paper, the direct radio frequency interference cancellation scheme is applied to the LTE RF front-end, and a good radio frequency interference cancellation effect is achieved. The transmission data rate is invariable, and the spectrum resource efficiency is doubled. The verification of RF interference cancellation can be applied to other wireless communication fields and improve the efficiency of wireless spectrum utilization.
