基于物联网技术的高端牛肉产品追溯系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪以来,我国进入经济高速发展期,我国人民生活质量与生活水平有着显著提高。伴随着经济发展,食品质量安全问题也逐渐引起了消费者的重视。无论是政府、社会、行业企业或者消费者,都希望建设成一套有效的食品安全监测体系。我国政府也投入大量资金建设物联网应用系统,希望基于物联网的追溯技术,利用网络与计算机通信,形成一个系统的产品追踪网络。同时,可追溯产品本身能否消化追溯系统建设带来的成本增加,追溯系统的建设能否给产品增加其附加值,也是追溯体系建设的重要组成部分。本文从实际出发,分析国内外牛肉行业追溯体系建设情况,充分调研企业实际需求,充分利用物联网技术,结合网络技术、计算机技术、条码技术、射频识别技术,将牛肉的饲养、屠宰、加工、包装、贮藏、运输和销售全过程关键追溯点的数据信息链接起来,建立一套软硬件结合的信息追溯系统。站在食品生产加工企业立场上,建设一套行之有效、提高监管水平的高端牛肉产品追溯系统,该系统一方面提高效率服务于企业;一方面提供监管终端服务于政府监督管理部门;最后形成可查询系统,服务于消费者。该系统,涉及环节涵盖高端牛肉的养殖环节、生产加工环节、质量监管环节,以及在卖场销售状况等;作为基本需求,各环节都含有增添、删除、查找等管理功能。该系统在各环节企业数据的基础上,对单个高端牛肉进行标识,并形成流通过程中该牛肉产品的打印条码、追溯查询等功能。联合各环节数据,对单一销售个体建成个体标识,形成查询号,并通过GPRS/GSM完成多种信息联网。最终建立起高端牛肉产品追溯系统。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, China has entered a period of rapid economic development, the quality of life and living standards of our people have improved significantly. With the economic development, food quality and safety issues have gradually attracted the attention of consumers. The government, society, industry and consumers all want to build an effective food safety monitoring system. Our government has also invested a large amount of money to build the Internet of things application system, hoping to make use of the tracing technology based on the Internet of things, using the network to communicate with the computer, to form a systematic product tracking network. At the same time, whether the traceability product itself can digest the cost increase brought by the traceability system construction, and whether the traceability system construction can increase the added value of the product, is also an important part of the traceability system construction. Starting from the reality, this paper analyzes the construction of domestic and foreign beef tracing system, fully investigates the actual needs of enterprises, makes full use of Internet of things technology, combines network technology, computer technology, bar code technology, radio frequency identification technology, The data information of key traceability points in the whole process of raising, slaughtering, processing, packing, storing, transporting and selling of beef is linked together, and a set of information tracing system combining hardware and software is established. On the stand of food production and processing enterprises, a set of high end beef product traceability system, which is effective and improve the supervision level, is built. On the one hand, the system improves the efficiency and serves the enterprise; On the one hand, it provides supervision terminal service to government supervision and management department; finally, it forms a searchable system to serve consumers. The system involves the production and processing of high-end beef, the quality supervision, and the sales situation in the market. As a basic demand, each link contains the management functions of adding, deleting, searching and so on. Based on the enterprise data of each link, the system marks the single high-end beef, and forms the function of printing bar code and tracing and querying in the circulation process of the beef product. By combining the data of each link, the individual logo is established for a single selling individual, and the query number is formed, and a variety of information networks are completed through GPRS / GSM. Finally establish the high-end beef product traceability system.
