【摘要】:监狱是国家重要的刑罚执行机关,维护社会稳定,预防和减少犯罪的重要功能。随着计算机网络、通信、多媒体技术的快速发展,在监狱管理中使用新兴技术已成为趋势,加快监狱信息化管理的建设已经成为一个重要的研究内容。监狱信息化(PrisonInformationization),是通过有效地利用计算机技术、通讯技术、网络技术等现代化技术和设施,对监狱管理的各系统、各项工作进行创新性结合。传统的监狱系统的管理机制、组织结构、人员素质等其他许多方面进行优化、改造、重组、整合,从而实现监狱工作更科学、更公正、更安全、更高效地执行监管改革任务,全面满足监狱在安全防范、公正执法、高智能化、管理水平等方面的需要,更好地发挥监狱的功能。近年来,我国监狱系统开展了以狱政管理为主的应用系统重点建设,监狱综合信息技术工程建设全面启动。为信息传输、更新数据、办公自动化、安防监控和应急指挥等各业务系统的有效应用,提供了安全、高效的网络服务。结合当今新形势,科学地做好罪犯的管理、改造工作,完善监狱自身各体系的建设至关重要。现有的信息化建设相对比较落后,因此开发出一个能高效运行,降低民警工作量,科学可靠的监狱物联网系统迫在眉睫。此系统的开发与实现对监狱信息化整合具有极大的意义和价值。本文在依据浙江省第二监狱的实际业务需求的基础上,深入了解了监狱民警的工作概况,分析了狱警工作内容和管理流程,设计一个能代替人工进行复杂情况数据采集的系统,并进行进一步分析,以最简约的状态呈给狱警的物联网整合系统,减轻狱警平时的工作量,更好地利用人力。针对安防系统优化的关键点与难点,浙江省第二监狱安防系统智能化的需求,我们提出了浙江省第二监狱物联网系统整合系统的总体设计方案。并通过视频监控开发平台以及智能识别系统实现了基于RFID的浙江省第二监狱物联网整合系统。本文通过理论分析和实际运用,设计出一套可靠的监狱物联网整合系统。该系统由原先独立运作的数据采集、数据分析、应用等系统组成。通过与其他系统相连,对采集到的视频信号、RFID及传感器数据等各种数据进行存储、分析、处理,并根据结果采取相应措施处理。从而达到改善和提升监狱信息化管理质量的目的。大幅度提高现有智能信息系统和自动化水平,减少一线警察可重复性和机械工作,提高民警的工作效率,整体提高监狱管理水平和安全度,使警力分配更趋于合理化、科学化。减少监狱警察工作的压力。在此基础上,完成论文的撰写工作。目前,该系统已经在浙江警官职业学院模拟监狱实地运行。实践证明,该系统设计大大提高了日常警力工作效率,具有良好的实用效果。为浙江省第二监狱的物联网整合系统的智能化做出了有意义的尝试。
[Abstract]:Prison is an important punishment executive organ of the country. It is an important function of maintaining social stability and preventing and reducing crime. With the rapid development of computer network, communication and multimedia technology, the use of new technologies in prison management has become a trend, and speeding up the construction of prison information management has become an important research content. Prison Informationization is an innovative combination of various systems and works of prison management through the effective use of modern technologies and facilities such as computer technology, communication technology and network technology. The traditional prison system management mechanism, organizational structure, personnel quality and many other aspects of optimization, reform, reorganization, integration, so as to achieve more scientific prison work, more fair, safer, more efficient implementation of the task of supervision and reform, To fully meet the needs of the prison in the aspects of security prevention, fair law enforcement, high intelligence, management level and so on, better play the prison function. In recent years, the prison system of our country has carried out the key construction of the application system, which is based on the prison administration, and the comprehensive information technology project of the prison has been launched in an all-round way. It provides a safe and efficient network service for the effective application of information transmission, updating data, office automation, security monitoring and emergency command and so on. According to the new situation, it is very important to manage criminals scientifically, to reform and to perfect the system of prison itself. The existing information construction is relatively backward, so it is urgent to develop a prison Internet of things system which can operate efficiently, reduce the workload of the police, and be scientific and reliable. The development and realization of this system is of great significance and value to the integration of prison information. Based on the actual operational requirements of the second prison in Zhejiang Province, this paper has deeply understood the general situation of prison police work, analyzed the work content and management flow of prison guards, and designed a system to collect data in complex situations instead of manual. Further analysis is carried out, and the Internet of things integrated system is presented to the guards in the most simple state, so as to lighten the workload of the guards at ordinary times and make better use of manpower. In view of the key points and difficulties in the optimization of the security system and the intelligent demand of the security system in the second prison of Zhejiang Province, we put forward the overall design scheme of the integrated system of the Internet of things system in the second prison of Zhejiang Province. Through video surveillance development platform and intelligent identification system, the integration system of the second prison in Zhejiang Province is implemented based on RFID. Through theoretical analysis and practical application, this paper designs a reliable prison Internet of things integration system. The system is composed of data collection, data analysis, application and so on. By connecting with other systems, all kinds of data such as video signal RFID and sensor data are stored, analyzed, processed, and corresponding measures are taken according to the results. In order to improve and improve the quality of prison information management. The present intelligent information system and the level of automation are greatly improved, the repeatability and mechanical work of the first-line police are reduced, the working efficiency of the police is improved, the level of prison administration and the degree of security are improved as a whole, the distribution of the police force tends to be more rational and scientific. Reduce the pressure on prison police work. On this basis, complete the writing of the paper. At present, the system has been in Zhejiang Police Vocational College simulation prison field operation. Practice shows that the design of the system greatly improves the efficiency of daily police work, and has a good practical effect. A meaningful attempt has been made for the intelligence of the Internet of things integration system in the second Prison of Zhejiang Province.
