基于用户体验的老年智能手机APP界面交互设计研究

【摘要】：随着信息时代的到来,手机已成为当今社会人们社交和获取信息的重要媒介。越来越多的老年人已经使用智能手机。因此,提升老年人智能手机及APP界面交互设计显得尤为重要。本文以老年人智能手机APP界面的交互设计为研究对象,旨在理论上丰富国内以用户体验为导向的应用软件界面设计的研究,为科技与艺术的融合搭起充满更多可能性的桥梁,在实践上给相关从业者提供一定的参考。本文针对老年人智能手机APP的界面设计进行研究,立足于如何提高老年人智能手机应用软件界面的体验感。归纳起来,本论文所做的工作及获得的主要成果如下：1、在查阅相关文献的基础上,归纳了用户体验的原则和要素、界面交互的类型,阐述了界面用户体验的表达途径,并给出了用户体验、APP、交互设计、老年人智能手机的概念界定。2、通过用户访谈和问卷等形式的调研分析,得到一系列在为老年人智能手机APP进行界面交互设计时,需要注意的设计影响因素12个,并从用户、行为、技术、场景四个方面进行描述。3、根据设计影响因素,总结了在老年人智能手机APP界面设计实施的各个阶段需要注意的设计原则21个。4、通过界面的用户体验表达途径和分析智能手机APP成功的因素,建立了老年人智能手机APP界面的用户体验层面模型。5、根据老年人智能手机应用软件界面体验层面模型,对设计实践进行指导,建立了一套以用户体验为导向的层面模型进行智能手机APP界面设计分析的方法。6、以本人设计的健康助手APP界面设计为例,证实界面设计过程应始终贯彻以用户体验为导向,设计前期不仅要有深入的用户研究,深刻洞察用户的需求,后期也应有反复的用户测试。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age, mobile phone has become an important medium for people to socialize and obtain information. More and more old people are already using smart phones. Therefore, it is very important to improve the design of smart phone and app interface. In this paper, the interactive design of the app interface for the elderly smartphone is taken as the research object. The purpose of this paper is to enrich the research on the user experience oriented application software interface design in China theoretically, and to build a bridge full of more possibilities for the fusion of science and technology and art. In practice for the relevant practitioners to provide a certain reference. In this paper, the interface design of smart phone app for the elderly is studied, which is based on how to improve the experience of the application software interface. To sum up, the work done and the main results obtained in this paper are as follows: 1. On the basis of consulting relevant literature, the principles and elements of user experience, the types of interface interaction, the expression ways of interface user experience are summarized. And gives the user experience app, interactive design, the definition of the concept of the elderly smart phone. Through user interviews and questionnaires and other forms of research and analysis, we get a series of interface interaction design for the elderly smart phone app. Need to be aware of the design impact factors of 12, and from the user, behavior, technology, scene four aspects of description. 3, according to the design impact factors, This paper summarizes the 21. 4 design principles that should be paid attention to in every stage of the design and implementation of smart phone app for the elderly, and analyzes the successful factors of smart phone app through the expression way of user experience of the interface. The user experience model of the app interface for the elderly smartphone is established. According to the model of the user experience level of the application software for the elderly smart phone, the design practice is guided. In this paper, a user experience oriented model is established to analyze the interface design of smart phone app, and the application interface design of the health assistant designed by myself is taken as an example. It is proved that the process of interface design should always be guided by user experience. In the early stage of design, not only should there be in-depth user research and insight into the user's needs, but also repeated user tests should be carried out in the later stage of the design.
