基于无线通信和PLC的网箱自动投饵系统设计

【摘要】:研究了一套无线通信模块和PLC相结合的自动投饵控制系统。该系统上位机通过LabView 2011编写人机界面,经过NI OPC Servers实现硬件接口的转换;命令流经虚拟串口,通过电信运营商的CDMA网络,被CDMA通信模块接收并传输至PLC,从而实现对投饵直流电机等的控制,完成远程投饵。粒位仪和水下摄像头可将投料机内部的饵料量和鱼群的情况及时返回到用户界面。正常情况下,PLC处于运行状态时,内部的程序会根据每天的潮汐规律更改当天投喂的时刻,并根据设置时间实现自动投喂。实验结果表明,该系统智能化程度高,能够实现深海网箱养殖的无人化、科学化和自动化。
[Abstract]:A set of automatic bait control system combining wireless communication module and PLC is studied. In this system, the man-machine interface is programmed by Lab View 2011, the hardware interface is converted by NI OPC servers, the command flows through the virtual serial port, and the command flows through the CDMA network of the telecom operator. It is received and transmitted to PLC by CDMA communication module, which realizes the control of the baited DC motor and completes the remote feeding. The particle level meter and underwater camera can return the feed quantity and the fish stock to the user interface in time. Normally, when PLC is in operation, the internal program will change the feeding time according to the daily tidal law, and realize the automatic feeding according to the setting time. The experimental results show that the system is highly intelligent and can realize the dehumanization, scientific and automation of deep-sea cage culture.
