水产品安全生产信息传输关键技术研究

【摘要】:我国是一个水产大国,水产养殖业正在迅速发展,可是水产养殖生产过程中普遍存在粗放式增长、环境污染、水产品质量安全无法保证、科学技术落后等一系列问题,严重影响和制约了水产养殖行业的健康持续发展。水产养殖是农业物联网技术领域的一个重要应用部分,经过不断发展,出现了水产养殖物联网。水产养殖物联网通过对养殖水质和环境信息的准确采集、安全稳定传输和控制部分的智能控制,在线实时监测水质和环境信息、智能控制、饲料精确投放、实时预警和疾病的远程诊断。水产养殖物联网技术能够改变水产养殖业生产方式,即水产养殖生产方式由传统的粗放型生产转变为依靠现代计算机控制技术、智能传感技术等的自动化生产方式,提高生产效率,保障食品安全,使水产养殖业真正达到生产管理高效、生态、环境保护和可持续发展。其中,水产品安全生产信息传输是水产养殖物联网的重要组成部分。随着电子技术和信息技术的迅猛发展,水产养殖信息传输技术掀起了一场革命,水产养殖信息传输系统结合养殖池里的水产品的不同需求,不断创新和逐步完善,从而使水产养殖业达到现代化、产业化。水产养殖传输参数包括水体温度、水体酸碱度PH、水体溶解氧浓度D0、盐度、浊度、光照等。 本文简要分析了当前各种不同的农业信息传输技术以及各自的特点,根据当前农业领域传输技术研究进展,重点围绕当前水产养殖物联网系统中存在的水产数据传输不稳定、抗干扰性差、传输效率低等突出问题,有针对性地开展相关技术研究,探讨了多传感数据与视频数据融合编码技术、多传感数据与视频数据解码与呈现技术等,分析了各种技术及其算法的优缺点。为满足水产养殖中多传感数据与视频数据传输的需求,在众多信息传输技术中运用5.8G无线传输技术,实现水产养殖环境信息的高速、稳定、安全的传输,为水产养殖业高效管理、智能控制等提供可靠的信息通道和技术保障。
[Abstract]:China is a big country in aquaculture, and aquaculture is developing rapidly. However, in the process of aquaculture production, there are a series of problems, such as extensive growth, environmental pollution, the quality and safety of aquatic products cannot be guaranteed, science and technology lag behind, etc. Seriously affect and restrict the healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture industry. Aquaculture is an important part of agricultural Internet of things technology. Aquaculture Internet of things through accurate collection of water quality and environmental information, safe and stable transmission and intelligent control of the control part, on-line real-time monitoring of water quality and environmental information, intelligent control, accurate feed delivery, Real-time early warning and remote diagnosis of disease. Aquaculture Internet of things technology can change the aquiculture production mode, that is, the aquaculture production mode is changed from the traditional extensive production to the automatic production mode which relies on the modern computer control technology, intelligent sensing technology and so on. To improve production efficiency, ensure food safety, and make aquaculture to achieve efficient production management, ecological, environmental protection and sustainable development. Among them, the safe production information transmission of aquatic products is an important part of aquaculture Internet of things. With the rapid development of electronic technology and information technology, aquaculture information transmission technology set off a revolution, aquaculture information transmission system combined with the different needs of aquaculture pond aquatic products, constantly innovation and gradual improvement. So that aquaculture industry to achieve modernization, industrialization. The transport parameters of aquaculture include water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen concentration (D0), salinity, turbidity, illumination and so on. This paper briefly analyzes various kinds of agricultural information transmission technologies and their respective characteristics. According to the research progress of the current agricultural transmission technology, the emphasis is on the instability of aquatic data transmission in the current aquaculture Internet of things system. Some outstanding problems, such as poor anti-interference and low transmission efficiency, are discussed, such as multi-sensor data and video data fusion coding technology, multi-sensor data and video data decoding and presentation technology, etc. The advantages and disadvantages of various techniques and algorithms are analyzed. In order to meet the need of multi-sensor data and video data transmission in aquaculture, 5.8G wireless transmission technology is used in many information transmission technologies to realize the high-speed, stable and safe transmission of aquaculture environmental information. For aquaculture efficient management, intelligent control and provide reliable information channels and technical support.
