基于物联网的高校设备智能管理系统

【摘要】:现阶段随着科学技术的不断发展,各高校为了提高教学质量和科研水平,引入了大量的先进化的仪器设备。然而传统的设备管理方法却普遍比较落后,由于这种落后和不科学的管理方法而造成的高校设备损坏、丢失的现象越来越严重,极大的影响了设备的管理和使用效率,制约了高校的发展。因此针对这一现状,本文提出了一种基于物联网的高校设备智能管理方法,利用ZigBee和RFID等先进技术将仪器设备连入互联网,实现了对设备的远程实时监控和智能管理。本文提出的这种智能化的管理方法对当今高校设备的管理具有很好的示范作用。全文的主要工作包括: 首先,介绍了物联网技术的国内外发展现状,调研了当今高校设备的管理方法和使用现状,并分析了传统设备管理方法的不足。根据设备管理的需求,提出了本系统的整体设计方案。 其次,详细介绍了本系统设计所选用的ZigBee无线通信技术,并对系统各个模块的硬件和软件的设计进行了详细的讲解,主要包括射频模块、微处理器模块和无线通信模块的设计。经过初步的测试,各个模块可以正常工作,,ZigBee无线网络数据收发正确。 再次,根据设备管理的需求设计了界面友好、功能齐全的计算机端管理软件,用于接收和显示实时数据,并添加了设备信息的实时查询和设备的实时管理等多项功能;并在后台建立了完备的数据库,以备数据的保存和查询。 最后,搭建了整套设备智能管理系统并对系统进行了长时间的工作测试,验证了各个功能模块工作的可行性与数据收发的正确性。测试结果表明整套系统运行稳定,性能良好,可以有效地提高设备管理的效率,具有很好的应用价值。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of science and technology, in order to improve the teaching quality and the level of scientific research, colleges and universities have introduced a large number of advanced instruments and equipment. However, the traditional methods of equipment management are generally backward, because of this backward and unscientific management methods, the phenomenon of equipment damage and loss is becoming more and more serious, which greatly affects the management and use efficiency of equipment. It restricts the development of colleges and universities. In view of this situation, this paper puts forward an intelligent management method of university equipment based on the Internet of things, using advanced technology such as ZigBee and RFID to connect the instrument and equipment to the Internet, and realizes the remote real-time monitoring and intelligent management of the equipment. The intelligent management method proposed in this paper has a good demonstration effect on the management of college equipment. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, this paper introduces the development of the Internet of things technology at home and abroad, investigates the management methods and application status of the equipment in colleges and universities, and analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional equipment management methods. According to the requirement of equipment management, the overall design scheme of the system is put forward. Secondly, the ZigBee wireless communication technology is introduced in detail, and the hardware and software of each module of the system are explained in detail, including the design of radio frequency module, microprocessor module and wireless communication module. After a preliminary test, each module can work properly and ZigBee wireless network data send and receive correctly. Thirdly, according to the requirement of equipment management, the computer terminal management software with friendly interface and complete function is designed, which is used to receive and display real-time data, and add many functions such as real-time query of equipment information and real-time management of equipment. And in the background to establish a complete database for data preservation and query. Finally, a complete set of equipment intelligent management system is built and the system is tested for a long time, which verifies the feasibility of each functional module and the correctness of data receiving and sending. The test results show that the whole system runs stably and has good performance. It can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment management and has good application value.
