基于耦合双环阵列的二维相干光码分多址编解码器

【摘要】:可集成、易调谐的光编解码器是光码分多址(OCDMA)系统集成化的关键模块之一。基于耦合双环阵列提出了一种新型的光编解码器。该编解码器通过调谐双环下载端反射波长以及集成于总线的相移器的相位,实现了OCDMA系统的二维相干编解码。基于耦合模理论,建立了耦合双环阵列的传输矩阵方程。用于编解码器的双环半径分别为50μm和48μm,阵列中四组双环的反射中心波长分别为1535,1535.2,1535.4,1535.6nm,信道宽度为17GHz,反射谱3dB带宽约为0.14nm,信号基本上不会出现干扰,保证了用户发送和接收信号的准确性。相应的自相关峰值旁瓣比(P/W)约为5,互相关峰值比(P/C)约为7,可以容纳用户数为96个。
[Abstract]:Integrated and tunable optical codec is one of the key modules of optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) system integration. A novel optical codec based on coupled double loop array is proposed. By tuning the reflection wavelength at the download end of the double loop and the phase of the phase shifter integrated into the bus, the encoder and decoder can realize the two-dimensional coherent coding and decoding of OCDMA system. Based on the coupled mode theory, the transfer matrix equation of coupled double loop array is established. The radii of the two rings for the codec are 50 渭 m and 48 渭 m, respectively. The central wavelength of the four groups of double rings in the array is 1535. 5 / 2 1535. 2 / 1535.4 / 1535. 6 nm respectively. The channel width is 17 GHz, and the 3dB bandwidth of the reflectance spectrum is about 0. 14 nm. The signal basically does not appear interference. The accuracy of sending and receiving signals is ensured. The corresponding autocorrelation peak sidelobe ratio (P / W) is about 5, and the peak cross-correlation ratio (P / C) is about 7, which can accommodate 96 users.
