福州市公安局晋安分局治安视频监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着我国科学技术产业的发展以及摄像监控在各个领域内的普遍使用,我国的公安系统亦开始更多的使用这种监控手段来进行案件的侦破。我们应该看到,随着各大商场、超市、银行甚至是个人使用摄像监控的普遍程度的提高,给我国的公安人员进行案件的侦破带来了很大的便利。公安人员在面对案件时,往往在很多情况下都可以从案件发生周边的摄像记录中找到相关的信息,从而加速了案件侦破的过程。不过同时我们应该看到,由于这种摄像监控尚未进入系统化的管理阶段,所以有时会出现一些缺陷。晋安区目前的摄像监控也存有一些问题,比如有一些死角摄像监控无法记录,或者时而出现摄像探头没有进行工作而造成录像缺失,从而给相关案件的侦破带来困难,这方面的情况应该给予改革和完善。在本篇文章中主要研究摄像监控问题,将现存的多种监控方式进行调整和融合使之更加人性化,也更加完善。本文主要以晋安区为研究对象,对该区域内公安系统的需求进行了解,从而提出合适可行的方案。本文章首先主要要考虑摄像监控系统整体的实用性以及其可操作性。对摄像监控的各个部分进行调控整理,将摄像监控数据库的各个模块的实际操作进行整合使之成为一个整理,无论是从操作、信息查找以及界面使用等方面都更具针对性同时也更加人性化。从而给模块化设计操作提供实现的可能性。在文章中,对模块化的操作进行分析以及设计,以求能够对晋安区内的监控摄像系统起到具有实用性的效果。1、该系统主要是对日常工作以及现有设备的多个模块进行分析然后给予设计方案,以求能够实现对于监控设备的远程控制、缺陷预防、监控信息的查找以及回访等等实用性需求。2、该系统具有其独有的特色,不仅可以实现对于报警、影像、图块等各个模块的管理,而且可以同其他摄像监控设备进行联网和定位并跟踪显示,具有非常人性化的设计结构。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology industry in China and the widespread use of video surveillance in various fields, the public security system of our country has begun to use this kind of monitoring means to solve the case more often. We should see, along with each big shopping mall, the supermarket, the bank and even the individual uses the video camera surveillance universal degree to increase, has brought the very big convenience to our country's public security personnel to carry on the case investigation. When faced with a case, public security personnel can often find relevant information from the camera records around the case in many cases, thus speeding up the process of case detection. But at the same time, we should see that there are some defects because the video surveillance has not entered a systematic management phase. There are also some problems with the current video surveillance in Jin'an District. For example, there are some dead-angle cameras that cannot be recorded, or sometimes there is a lack of video recording due to the failure of the camera probe to work, thus bringing difficulties to the detection of related cases. The situation in this respect should be reformed and improved. In this paper, video surveillance is mainly studied, and the existing monitoring methods are adjusted and integrated to make it more humanized and more perfect. This article mainly takes Jin'an district as the research object, carries on the understanding to this area public security system demand, thus puts forward the suitable feasible plan. First of all, this article should consider the practicability and operability of the video surveillance system as a whole. The various parts of video monitoring are regulated and arranged, and the actual operation of the various modules of the camera monitoring database is integrated to make it a sort of arrangement, whether from the operation, Information search and interface use are more targeted and more humane. Thus, it provides the possibility to realize the modular design operation. In this article, we analyze and design the modular operation. In order to be able to have a practical effect on the monitoring camera system in Jinan District, the system mainly analyzes the daily work and several modules of the existing equipment and gives the design scheme. In order to achieve the monitoring equipment remote control, defect prevention, monitoring information search and return visit and other practical requirements. The system has its unique characteristics, not only to achieve alarm, image, The management of various modules, such as block, can be connected with other camera monitoring equipment, and can be located and displayed. It has a very humanized design structure.
