北斗二代接收机前端射频电路的设计与实现

【摘要】:自1964年子午仪系统正式建立以来,卫星导航系统经历了五十年的飞速发展. GPS系统于20世纪80年代末进入中国,在交通运输,大地测量,军事定位等领域得到了广泛应用。经过多年的发展,我国的导航事业已经进入高速发展的时期。当前,导航系统接收机有多种类型,如定位型、测地型、集成型等等。卫星导航系统已经成为一个高精度、实时和全球性的无线电导航授时多功能系统。 北斗全称为北斗卫星导航系统,它是继美国全球定位系统GPS、俄罗斯的GLONASS、欧洲的伽利略Galileo之后,我国自主设计开发的主动式卫星导航系统(BeiDou Navigation Satellite System)。北斗二代卫星定位系统是一个双频段军民两用的测距系统,与GPS系统相比,具有更多的卫星数量和双向简报文通信功能。近年来,随着北斗卫星数的逐渐增多,北斗二代接收机逐渐成为研制的热点。本文针对北斗卫星导航系统的前端电路提出了一套设计方案,最终产生出符合标准的待解码信号。 本文首先介绍了北斗卫星导航系统研制和发展的意义以及相关知识,并介绍了射频技术在卫星通信领域中的应用与发展。并对本文中射频接收机原理进行了阐述。接着,详细分析和比较了四种射频接收机结构和各种射频技术指标,在此基础之上,确定了本文选用超外差式系统结构,并将查阅到的射频指标分配到各模块。第四章创新性的引入了体声波滤波器对带外噪声进行抑制,可以有效提升系统的信噪比。第五章、第六章对射频模块进行设计,并利用Altium Designer09软件进行原理图和PCB绘制。最后给出了本文射频接收机系统实物图,,对整机进行测试调试,给出测试结果与分析。并做出总结和展望。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of meridian system in 1964, satellite navigation system has experienced rapid development for 50 years. GPS system entered China in the late 1980s and has been widely used in transportation, geodesy, military positioning and other fields. After years of development, China's navigation industry has entered a period of rapid development. At present, there are many types of navigation system receivers, such as positioning type, geodesic type, integrated type and so on. Satellite navigation system has become a high-precision, real-time and global radio navigation time-serving multifunctional system. Beidou is known as Beidou satellite navigation system. It is an active satellite navigation system (BeiDou Navigation Satellite System).) designed and developed by our country after GPS, GLONASS of Russia and Galileo Galileo of Europe. Beidou second generation satellite positioning system is a dual-band ranging system with dual-band military and civilian. Compared with GPS system, it has more satellite number and bi-directional briefing communication function. In recent years, with the increasing number of Beidou satellites, the Beidou second generation receiver has gradually become a hot spot. In this paper, a design scheme for the front-end circuit of Beidou Satellite Navigation system is proposed, which can produce the standard signal to be decoded. This paper first introduces the significance and knowledge of the research and development of Beidou satellite navigation system, and introduces the application and development of radio frequency technology in the field of satellite communication. The principle of RF receiver in this paper is described. Then, four kinds of radio frequency receiver structures and various radio frequency technical indexes are analyzed and compared in detail. On the basis of this, the superheterodyne system structure is selected, and the radio frequency indexes are allocated to each module. In chapter 4, the volume acoustic filter is introduced to suppress the out-of-band noise, which can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the system. In chapter 5, chapter 6, RF module is designed, and schematic diagram and PCB are drawn by Altium Designer09 software. Finally, the physical diagram of the RF receiver system is given, and the test results and analysis are given. And make a summary and prospect.
