公安局社会动态视频监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：公安局的社会动态视频监控系统是智能安全防范系统的重要部分,该系统是对社会中所发生的事件进行信息显示与记录,如发生事件以帮助有关人员事后进行分析。视频监控系统是安防工程中必不可少的重要组成部分。本文在此基础上,分析与研究了社会动态视频监控系统的监控与软件客户端。首先,分析了视频监控系统的发展情况与视频存储特点,随后分析了数字视频监控系统的概念、关键的开发技术与系统规划需要解决问题;重点分析了视频监控系统的视频、图像存储技术,介绍了视频存储的技术特点、管理周期、解决方案与实现过程,并介绍了图像处理软件的开发技术与环境。其次,社会动态视频监控系统进行设计,概要设计了系统的功能,设计系统总体结构、功能模型、网络结构进行设计,根据UML技术内容,对社会动态视频监控系统的基本要素进行设计,重点设计了系统的关键技术,设计了报警传输装置、监控管理中心系统、监控中心接警工作站、监控网络管理与服务功能、以及一些辅助的系统功能,并研究设计了视频监控系统的数据存储方案,研究的视频监控系统,是基于社会的安全与动态进行管理的。最后,研究了系统视频监控模块的设计与实现,分别设计了:视频监控硬件、通讯服务、监控网络与监控客户端的设计内容;随后,设计了视频存储系统模块,就系统的视频存储实现、基本数据处理、集中式存储与分布式存储进行设计;最后,详细设计了视频图像的处理功能,包括了图像的读取、灰度化、二值化等功能,就图像处理的客户端进行采集图像的分析与处理进行实现。总之,社会动态视频监控系统的研究,在处理日常治安事件时,公安局可打造沟通无障碍的工作空间,缩短时间消耗,减少成本支出,加快信息传递速度。公安局社会动态视频监控系统,保障了视频监控系统的一体化,并使得系统运行可靠稳定,建设公安部门的监控系统,进行跨越时间、空间阻隔的远程监控工作,提高了公安局的业务效率,具有较高的应用价值。
[Abstract]:The social dynamic video surveillance system of the Public Security Bureau is an important part of the intelligent security prevention system. The system is to display and record the information of the events that occur in the society, such as the occurrence of events to help the people concerned to analyze afterwards. Video surveillance system is an essential part of security engineering. On this basis, this paper analyzes and studies the monitoring and software client of social dynamic video surveillance system. Firstly, the development of video surveillance system and the characteristics of video storage are analyzed. Then, the concept of digital video surveillance system is analyzed, the key development technology and system planning need to be solved, and the video of video surveillance system is analyzed. This paper introduces the characteristics, management cycle, solution and implementation process of video storage, and introduces the development technology and environment of image processing software. Secondly, the social dynamic video surveillance system is designed. The system functions, the overall structure, the function model and the network structure are designed. According to the content of UML technology, The basic elements of the social dynamic video surveillance system are designed, the key technology of the system is designed, the alarm transmission device, the monitoring and management center system, the alarm receiving workstation of the monitoring center, the monitoring network management and service function are designed. And some auxiliary system functions, and the design of video surveillance system data storage scheme, the study of video surveillance system, is based on social security and dynamic management. Finally, the design and implementation of the system video monitoring module are studied. The design contents of the video monitoring hardware, communication service, monitoring network and monitoring client are designed, and then, the video storage system module is designed. The video storage implementation, basic data processing, centralized storage and distributed storage of the system are designed. Finally, the functions of video image processing are designed in detail, including image reading, grayscale, binarization and so on. The analysis and processing of image acquisition by the client of image processing are realized. In short, the research of social dynamic video surveillance system, when dealing with daily public security events, the Public Security Bureau can create a communication and accessibility work space, shorten the time consumption, reduce the cost of expenditure, and speed up the transmission of information. The social dynamic video surveillance system of the Public Security Bureau ensures the integration of the video surveillance system, and makes the system run reliably and stably, and builds the monitoring system of the public security department to carry out remote monitoring and control over time and space barrier. It improves the operational efficiency of the Public Security Bureau and has higher application value.
