基于VME总线的高速信号处理模块测试技术研究及应用

【摘要】:为解决某型号炮位侦察校射雷达中高速信号处理模块的测试,文中设计了基于VME总线的高速数字电路自动测试系统,该系统能模拟雷达工作环境,利用VME测试模块提供测试所需的光口、RapidIO等信号,测试结果通过VME主控器网口上报给系统管理平台;该系统成功应用于某型雷达高速信号处理模块的测试,可完成VME总线接口的测试;3路RapidIO信号的测试,Rapid IO信号传输速率为3.125Gbps;4路光纤通道的测试,光纤通道波特率为2Gbps;研究及实测结果表明该系统可解决基于VME总线的高速信号处理模块的测试。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the test of high-speed signal processing module in a certain type of muzzle reconnaissance and calibration radar, a high-speed digital circuit automatic test system based on VME bus is designed in this paper. The system can simulate the working environment of radar. The VME test module is used to provide the signal needed for the test, and the test results are reported to the system management platform through the VME main controller network interface, and the system is successfully applied to the test of a certain radar high-speed signal processing module. The VME bus interface can be tested for 3 channels of RapidIO signal. The transmission rate of Rapid IO signal is 3.125 GbpsPS-4 channel. The baud rate of the fiber channel is 2Gbps.The experimental results show that the system can solve the test of the high-speed signal processing module based on VME bus.
