基于CSI的被动式室内定位与目标计数方法研究

【摘要】:信息技术的高速发展改变了人们生活习惯,近年来,人们对基于位置服务的需求越来越强烈。GPS技术的成熟应用虽然能够满足人们对室外定位的各种需求,,然而由于GPS信号穿透能力差无法适用于室内环境,因此近年来大量科研人员提出了基于红外线、超声波、UWB、RFID和RSSI等技术的室内定位解决方案,这些方案在一定程度上解决了室内定位相关课题的一部分问题,但是他们对室内多个目标缺乏有效的解决方式。因此,探索一种新的技术用于解决室内定位,特别是对多目标进行处理,具有非常重要的意义和实用价值。 本文对现有室内定位解决方案进行深入研究,归纳总结了室内定位技术常用物理特性和方法,并对他们的优缺点进行了分析比较。提出一种基于CSI的被动式室内定位和目标计数解决方案,本文主要贡献和创新为: (1)分析现有室内定位所使用的技术,根据其技术特点指出这些方案的不足。 (2)定制Toshiba L311笔记本电脑和Intel5300无线网卡驱动搭建实验环境,通过实验分析比较CSI和RSSI的性质特点,证明CSI比RSSI更适用于室内定位相关课题的研究,并基于CSI提出一种被动式室内定位与目标计数方案。 (3)室内定位问题可分解为目标探测、目标定位和目标识别三个子问题。本文利用EWMA算法解决目标探测问题;基于Fingerprint实现目标定位;利用链路相关性,提出一种不基于目标识别的室内目标计数方法,为研究室内多目标定位相关课题提供了新的思路与启发。 (4)分析EWMA算法不同参数设置方式对目标探测准确率的影响,得到一组适用大部分室内环境的EWMA参数值。 (5)利用Java对本文方案进行仿真,分析影响性能的干扰因素,通过多组参数对本文方案进行性能评估。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology has changed people's living habits. In recent years, the demand for location-based services is becoming stronger and stronger. The mature application of GPS technology can meet the needs of outdoor positioning. However, due to the poor penetration ability of GPS signals, many researchers have put forward indoor positioning solutions based on infrared, ultrasonic and RSSI technologies in recent years. To some extent, these schemes solve some problems related to indoor positioning, but they lack effective solutions to many indoor targets. Therefore, it is of great significance and practical value to explore a new technique to solve indoor positioning, especially to deal with multiple targets. In this paper, the existing indoor positioning solutions are deeply studied, the common physical characteristics and methods of indoor positioning technology are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and compared. A passive indoor positioning and target counting solution based on CSI is proposed. The main contributions and innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) analyzing the existing indoor positioning technologies, According to its technical characteristics, the shortcomings of these schemes are pointed out. (2) Toshiba L311 notebook computer and Intel5300 wireless network card driver are customized to build the experimental environment, and the characteristics of CSI and RSSI are analyzed and compared through experiments. It is proved that CSI is more suitable than RSSI for the research of indoor positioning related subjects, and a passive indoor positioning and target counting scheme based on CSI is proposed. (3) the indoor positioning problem can be decomposed into target detection. There are three sub-problems of target location and target recognition. In this paper, EWMA algorithm is used to solve the problem of target detection, Fingerprint is used to realize target location, and link correlation is used to propose an indoor target counting method, which is not based on target recognition. It provides a new idea and inspiration for the research of indoor multi-target localization. (4) the influence of different parameter setting methods of EWMA algorithm on the accuracy of target detection is analyzed. A set of EWMA parameters suitable for most indoor environments is obtained. (5) the scheme is simulated by Java, the interference factors affecting the performance are analyzed, and the performance of the scheme is evaluated by multiple sets of parameters.
