广视角液晶显示器设计

【摘要】:为了实现液晶显示器的广视角显示,论文详细阐述了一款54.6cm(21.5in)液晶显示器的广对比度视角液晶面板及广亮度视角背光源的设计原理和方法。介绍了边缘场开关模式液晶面板的设计方法及结构,从原理上阐释了此液晶面板具有广对比度视角的原因;介绍了背光源亮度视角的设计方法,通过对背光源中多组光学膜层架构的测试和数据对比,得到了具有最广亮度视角的膜层架构。根据上述原理进行实际模组样品的制作并进行实测,数据结果显示此款液晶显示器的对比度视角可达90°/90°/90°/90°,且在水平方向的1/2亮度视角可达60°,相应的亮度视角均一性为1.20。通过对比其他同类产品的实测数据,表明此款液晶显示器无论在对比度视角还是亮度视角方面都远优于同类产品。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the wide view display of liquid crystal display (LCD), the design principle and method of a 54.6cm (21.5in) liquid crystal display with wide contrast angle liquid crystal panel and wide brightness angle backlight are described in detail. This paper introduces the design method and structure of the edge field switch mode liquid crystal panel, explains the reason why the liquid crystal panel has wide contrast angle, and introduces the design method of the backlight luminance angle. Based on the test and data comparison of many groups of optical film structures in backlight, the film structure with the widest luminance view is obtained. According to the above principle, the actual module samples are made and measured. The results show that the contrast angle of the LCD can reach 90 掳/ 90 掳/ 90 掳/ 90 掳/ 90 掳, and the horizontal 1 / 2 brightness angle can reach 60 掳, and the uniformity of the corresponding luminance angle is 1.20 掳. By comparing the measured data of other similar products, it is shown that the LCD is far superior to the similar products in terms of contrast angle and brightness angle.
