基于嵌入式系统的DVB-C机顶盒教学平台的设计

【摘要】:随着数字电视技术的普及,数字电视机顶盒成为数字电视过渡时期必备的电子设备。由于我国以有线电视为主,数字有线电视机顶盒就走入了千家万户。巨大的机顶盒产业,需要大量的技术和工程人员,大专院校必须培养相关的技术人才。我国的数字电视采用欧洲的DVB标准,所以DVB-C数字有线电视机顶盒教学平台成为大专院校电子信息专业必备的教学设备。本论文在阐述数字有线电视机顶盒技术原理的基础上,提出了一个基于嵌入式系统的DVB-C机顶盒教学平台的设计方案,设计了机顶盒教学平台的各部分硬件电路、基于OS20操作系统的应用层嵌入式软件,以及教学中关键点的机顶盒测试方法和一系列教学实验方案。本设计采用ST公司生产的基于OS20操作系统的32位VL-RISC嵌入式CPU-Sti5516机顶盒芯片来完成数字电视信号的解复用、解码以及视频的编码和音频的D/A转换,前端采用成都旭光的DCQ-1D/CW11F2-D5型高频头,可以很好地接收110-855MHz的数字有线电视信号。经过实际测试,设计完成的DVB-C机顶盒教学平台在功能、接收信号指标、音视频性能指标上都达到了广电局对产品的要求。该教学平台适用于多门与数字电视相关的理论和实践课程,可以方便地设计机顶盒的认识、测试、维修等多种教学方案。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of digital TV technology, digital TV set-top box has become a necessary electronic equipment in the transition period of digital television. Because our country is mainly to cable TV, digital cable TV set-top box has entered thousands of households. The huge set-top box industry needs a large number of technical and engineering personnel, colleges and universities must cultivate relevant technical personnel. Digital TV in our country adopts DVB standard of Europe, so DVB-C digital cable TV set-top box teaching platform has become a necessary teaching equipment for electronic information major in colleges and universities. On the basis of expounding the technical principle of digital cable TV set-top box, this paper puts forward a design scheme of DVB-C set-top box teaching platform based on embedded system, and designs each part of hardware circuit of set-top box teaching platform. Application layer embedded software based on OS20 operating system, STB test method of key points in teaching and a series of teaching experiment schemes. This design adopts 32-bit VL-RISC embedded CPU-Sti5516 set-top box chip based on OS20 operating system produced by ST company to realize the demultiplexing, decoding, video coding and audio D / A conversion of digital TV signal. The front end is DCQ-1D/CW11F2-D5 type high frequency head of Chengdu Xugang. Can receive the digital cable television signal of 110-855MHz very well. After the actual test, the DVB-C STB teaching platform has met the requirements of the radio and television bureau in terms of function, receiving signal index, audio and video performance index. This teaching platform is suitable for many theoretical and practical courses related to digital TV, and it can easily design the understanding, test and maintenance of set-top box.
