经保信息系统新功能的设计与实现

【摘要】:我单位对近年来一直沿用的经保综合管理信息系统进行了改造,但随着时间推移,当初系统设计过程中功能的缺失在实际应用中越来越明显,对系统的升级改造势在必行。 在新系统升级过程中,我们运用数据库技术,通过SQL Server2008不仅实现了新老数据库的数据迁移,而且将兄弟单位办公系统中的数据抽取到新系统中,,并实现了每天自动更新,不仅节约了人力,而且实现了资源共享。 增添故障报警信息的接收与统计功能是用户需求之一。但实际工作中,由于通信协议存在差异,导致报警信息很难整合到上级管理中心。我们通过收集故障报警代码、对数据进行分析,找出不同公司CID码相关信息的准确位置,并区分出了不同代码所代表的含义,通过串口编程实现了故障报警代码的统一。 按照用户需求,新系统更加注重操作痕迹的保留,同时要增加系统登陆的安全性和防抵赖功能。为此,我们运用PKI技术、电子商务密钥和电子签名等技术,通过基于U-key硬件的身份识别,提高了系统安全性。安全性的提高也一定程度上确保了量化考核系统能够更加公平、公正、公开,防止暗箱操作以及人为因素的干扰。 在进一步推动无纸化办公方面,我们将OFFICE嵌入各类办公系统,一方面保留了文件草拟、修改、批转、呈阅过程中出现的很多重要的原始文件和修改痕迹,另一方面通过系统管理各类OFFICE文档,大大简化的档案管理和查询工作,实现了文书、公文流转、交互式审批网络化。 新系统的开发达到了预期目标,必将在未来的日常工作中发挥重要作用。
[Abstract]:Our unit has reformed the Integrated Management Information system (MIS) which has been used in recent years, but with the passage of time, the lack of function in the original system design process is becoming more and more obvious in the practical application, so it is imperative to upgrade the system. In the process of upgrading the new system, we not only realize the data migration of the old and new database through SQL Server2008, but also extract the data from the brotherly office system to the new system, and realize the automatic update every day. It not only saves manpower, but also realizes resource sharing. Adding the function of receiving and statistics of fault alarm information is one of the requirements of users. But in practice, because of the difference of communication protocol, it is difficult to integrate the alarm information into the superior management center. By collecting the fault alarm code and analyzing the data, we find out the exact location of the relevant information of the CID code in different companies, and distinguish the meanings represented by the different codes, and realize the unity of the fault alarm code through serial port programming. According to the requirements of the users, the new system pays more attention to the preservation of operation trace, and increases the security and non-repudiation function of the system landing. Therefore, we use PKI technology, electronic business key and electronic signature technology to improve the security of the system through the identification based on U-key hardware. The improvement of security also ensures that the quantification examination system can be more fair, fair and open to prevent the interference of black box operation and human factors. In the further promotion of paperless office work, we embed OFFICE in various office systems. On the one hand, we retain a lot of important original documents and traces of modification that appear in the course of drafting, modifying, batch and reading documents. On the other hand, through the system management of all kinds of OFFICE documents, greatly simplified file management and query work, realized the document, official document flow, interactive examination and approval network. The development of the new system has achieved the expected goal and will play an important role in the daily work in the future.
