面向移动终端的天津高速公路视频监控系统研发

【摘要】:高速公路视频监控系统对于管理人员快速发现各种异常情况,并迅速有效的进行处理,确保道路畅通,起着至关重要的作用。天津的各条高速公路正在陆续实现全路全程无盲点视频监控,管理者在监控中心就能掌握境内高速的路况信息。随着移动互联网以及流媒体技术的不断发展,将汇集至信息中心的视频监控信息及时延伸发布至授权移动终端,对于紧急特情的及时处置,已十分必要。课题以天津市高速公路监控系统为依托,提出了面向移动终端的天津高速公路视频监控系统升级设计方案;经过对主流编码方式以及流媒体平台的研究,采用H.264标准对原有MPEG-2系统进行了硬件架构升级,以适应流媒体播放的要求;完成了软件架构设计及功能模块设计与开发工作;并完成了系统调试及测试工作。目前,系统已成功部署,运行稳定一年有余,实现了授权管理人员通过移动终端对路况监控信息的随时访问,在应急指挥调度中发挥了重要作用。
[Abstract]:Expressway video surveillance system is very important for managers to find out all kinds of abnormal situations quickly and effectively to ensure the smooth flow of roads. Every highway in Tianjin is realizing the video surveillance without blind spot in the whole road, and the manager can master the information of the highway condition in the monitoring center. With the development of mobile Internet and streaming media technology, it is necessary to release video surveillance information gathered to information center to authorized mobile terminal. Based on Tianjin Expressway Monitoring system, this paper puts forward an upgrade design scheme of Tianjin Expressway Video Surveillance system for mobile terminal, through the research of mainstream coding method and streaming media platform, The hardware architecture of the original MPEG-2 system is upgraded to meet the requirements of streaming media playing, the software architecture design and function module design and development are completed, and the system debugging and testing work is completed. At present, the system has been successfully deployed and has been running steadily for more than a year. The authorized managers can access the monitoring information of road condition through mobile terminals at any time, which plays an important role in emergency command and dispatch.
