智能视频监控系统关键技术的研究与实现

【摘要】:随着社会公共安全需求的提高,视频监控正不断延伸到社会的各个角落,传统的人工值守的视频监控的方式已经不能满足日益增长的监控需求和监控规模的需要。以全天候、无人值守、自动告警、实时等智能化为特点的智能监控的需求变得越来越迫切,因此,对智能视频监控技术的研究成为了视频监控领域中一个研究热点。 本文在研究智能视频监控的各种关键技术,对现有的各项研究成果和应用实例进行分析研究的基础上,构建了基于DSP的智能视频分析前端系统,与网络视频服务器和监控终端一起,建立了一个完整的智能视频监控系统。 智能视频监控关键技术的研究和实现基于ADSP-BF561的智能视频分析前端是本文的研究重点。本文首先对智能视频监控关键技术进行了研究,包括运动目标检测技术、运动目标跟踪技术以及各种计算机图像图形处理算法。对智能视频监控关键技术的研究为构建智能视频监控系统提供了良好的理论基础,并且为各项功能的实现提出了技术解决路线。构建基于ADSP-BF561的智能视频分析前端是本文的另一个研究重点,课题针对BF561的双核特性采用了双核应用模式构建工程,结合开源软件工具库,实现了视频H.264编码和视频分析的并行工作。工程包括视频数据采集、智能视频分析、视频H.264编码以及压缩码流的传输等功能模块,实现了入侵检测,遗留物检测,运动目标跟踪,信号丢失检测等众多功能。最后针对DSP对工程进行了优化,以提高处理效率,达到实时性要求。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of social public security demand, video surveillance is extending to every corner of the society. The traditional manual video surveillance can not meet the increasing demand for surveillance and the need of monitoring scale. The demand of intelligent surveillance, which is characterized by all-weather, unattended, automatic alarm, real-time and so on, has become more and more urgent. Therefore, the research of intelligent video surveillance technology has become a research hotspot in the field of video surveillance. Based on the research of various key technologies of intelligent video surveillance and the analysis of existing research results and application examples, the intelligent video analysis front-end system based on DSP is constructed in this paper. Together with the network video server and the monitoring terminal, a complete intelligent video monitoring system is established. Research and implementation of key Technologies of Intelligent Video Surveillance the research focus of this paper is intelligent video analysis front end based on ADSP-BF561. In this paper, the key technologies of intelligent video surveillance are studied, including moving target detection, moving target tracking and various image processing algorithms. The research on the key technology of intelligent video surveillance provides a good theoretical basis for the construction of intelligent video surveillance system, and provides a technical solution for the realization of various functions. The construction of intelligent video analysis front end based on ADSP-BF561 is another research focus of this paper. In view of the dual-core characteristic of BF561, the paper adopts dual-core application mode to build the project, and combines with open source software tool library. The parallel work of video H.264 coding and video analysis is realized. The project includes video data acquisition, intelligent video analysis, video H.264 coding and the transmission of compressed code stream. It realizes many functions such as intrusion detection, legacy detection, moving target tracking, signal loss detection and so on. Finally, the project is optimized for DSP to improve the processing efficiency and meet the real-time requirements.
