分布式电源接入系统方案典型设计研究及应用

【摘要】:结合配电网现状和分布式电源类型,研究分析了分布式电源接入系统设计的原则和一次、二次内容等,包括接入电压等级确定、电气计算内容、主要设备选型、保护配置、系统通信和计量等,并明确了相关设计内容的要求和标准。结合配电网运行管理现状,论述了分布式电源的管理模式。采用考虑全寿命周期的年费用方法,论述了经济技术方案的优选过程。最后通过一个分布式电源接入实际案例演示了设计和方案比选过程。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of distribution network and the type of distributed generation, the design principles and primary and secondary contents of the distributed power supply access system are studied and analyzed, including the determination of access voltage level, the content of electrical calculation, the selection of main equipment, the protection configuration, etc. System communication and measurement, and clear related design content requirements and standards. Combined with the current situation of distribution network operation management, this paper discusses the management mode of distributed power generation. Using the method of annual cost considering the whole life cycle, the optimization process of economic and technological scheme is discussed. Finally, a practical case of distributed power access is used to demonstrate the process of design and scheme selection.
