LTE-A中3D MIMO信道建模和3D波束赋型技术的研究

【摘要】:基于多天线技术的多输入多输出(MIMO)技术可以获得较好的性能增益以及较高的频带利用率,因此引起了业界的广泛关注。随着城市建设和用户数的增加,用户密度已不再相等。对于城市密集区,用户数量和用户业务明显增多,每个小区内要求被服务的用户数也越来越多,传统的二维(2D)天线配置已不能满足用户的需求,为此引入了三维(3D)阵列天线的设计,因此也就引入了3D MIMO系统及其相关技术。3D MIMO信道模型是评估3D MIMO相关技术的基础,3D波束赋型技术是3D MIMO通信系统传输关键技术之一,因此3D MIMO信道建模和3D波束赋型技术的实现是本文的主要研究内容。 本论文的选题来源于2013年工业与信息化部电信研究院重大专项课题—《后IMT-Advanced移动通信技术及发展策略研究》和3GPP标准化工作项目。本课题通过参考3GPP R8、R9、R10、R11标准以及其他相关文献,根据当前的技术发展,对3D MIMO的信道建模和3D波束赋型技术进行了研究和仿真评估,为LTE-A R12版本标准的制定提供有效的依据。 关于3D MIMO的信道建模的研究,本文根据2D MIMO信道模型,以及3D MIMO技术的应用场景,提出3D MIMO信道建模的基本假设,3D MIMO的建模流程,推导3D MIMO的简化信道模型,并且对假设进行了仿真说明。关于3D波束赋型技术的研究,主要研究了3D波束赋型技术的优势,以及3D波束赋型技术在LTE-A系统中的具体实现方案。首先简单分析了传统波束赋型技术在应用中存在的问题以及在LTE系统中的实现方案—基于有限反馈的波束赋形方案。然后通过原理分析,提出了3D波束赋型技术在LTE-A系统中的实现方案一基于有限反馈的双码本3D波束赋型方案,并且对方案进行了理论性能分析,实际仿真验证,与其他一些假设方案进行了对比。最后得出了结论,针对3D MIMO系统的双码本波束赋型方案,能够提高系统的性能,并且相对于其他假设方案具有优势。
[Abstract]:Multi-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology based on multi-antenna technology can obtain better performance gain and higher bandwidth efficiency, so it has attracted wide attention in the industry. With the increase of urban construction and the number of users, the user density is no longer equal. For the urban areas, the number of users and the number of users are increasing, and the number of users required to be served in each cell is increasing. The traditional two-dimensional (2D) antenna configuration can no longer meet the needs of users. For this reason, the design of 3D (3D) array antenna is introduced, so the 3D MIMO system and its related technology. 3D MIMO channel model is one of the key technologies of 3D MIMO communication system transmission. Therefore, 3D MIMO channel modeling and 3D beamforming technology are the main contents of this paper. The topic of this thesis comes from the major project of the Telecommunication Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2013-"Research on the Mobile Communication Technology and Development Strategy after IMT-Advanced" and the 3GPP Standardization Project. By referring to the standard of 3GPP R8 / R9 / R10 / R11 and other related documents, according to the development of current technology, the channel modeling and 3D beamforming technology of 3D MIMO are studied and evaluated in this paper, which provides an effective basis for the formulation of LTE-A R12 version standard. Based on 2D MIMO channel model and 3D MIMO application scenario, the basic hypothesis of 3D MIMO channel modeling is presented in this paper, and the simplified channel model of 3D MIMO is deduced. The hypothesis is illustrated by simulation. On the research of 3D beam-matching technology, the advantages of 3D beam-matching technology and the realization scheme of 3D beam-matching technology in LTE-A system are mainly studied. Firstly, the problems existing in the application of traditional beam-matching technique and its implementation in LTE system are analyzed briefly, which is based on finite feedback beamforming scheme. Then, through the principle analysis, a 3D beam-matching scheme based on finite feedback is proposed in LTE-A system, and the theoretical performance of the scheme is analyzed and verified by simulation. It is compared with other hypothetical schemes. Finally, it is concluded that the dual-code beam-matching scheme for 3D MIMO system can improve the performance of the system, and has advantages over other hypothetical schemes.
