监测接收机自动测试系统研究与实现

【摘要】:监测接收机是一种接收无线电信号,能够对信号的频域特性和时域特性进行处理的专业仪器。在广播电视监测行业中,监测接收机的使用范围非常的大。例如广播发射机发射特性的测试以及干扰频率的查找与分析,频谱占用情况的收测等。虚拟仪器是以计算机为核心,配合相应的基本仪器板块硬件和操作控制软件而组建成的,拥有图形化操作界面的仪器设备。虚拟仪器的设备操作,数据的显示和结果的分析,都是通过软件开发平台所开发虚拟仪器面板来完成的。传统手动测试监测接收机的方法存在花费时间长,消耗人力大的问题。测量操作人员的技术能力水平,业务熟练程度,也有可能会对测量结果造成影响。本文针对这一问题,采用虚拟仪器技术,设计开发了监测接收机自动测试系统。这套系统能够自动完成对监测接收机的指标精度测量,测试数据的后期处理和生成测试报告,提高了监测接收机测试工作的效率和可靠性。本文从如下几个方面,展开了课题的相关研究:1.研究了自动测试系统的发展现状、结构原理和关键技术。2.分析了系统组成和工作原理,根据测试工作的技术要求和所具备的仪器设备情况,确定了监测接收机自动测试系统的硬件组成和系统结构。3.对自动测试系统的软件部分进行了研究和设计,对各功能模块具体实现方式进行了研究,对监测接收机自动测试系统进行了程序编写,并应用误差理论和测量不确定度理论对测试数据进行了分析处理,并设计了测试报告模板。4.根据工作实际对测量不确定度评定过程进行了改进,并应用改进的测量不确定度评定方法,对监测接收机参数的测量结果进行分析。
[Abstract]:The monitor receiver is a professional instrument which can process the frequency and time domain characteristics of signals. In the radio and television monitoring industry, the scope of use of monitoring receivers is very large. For example, the transmission characteristics of the broadcast transmitter, the search and analysis of the interference frequency, the acquisition and measurement of the spectrum occupation, etc. Virtual instrument is a kind of instrument with graphical operation interface, which is based on computer, combined with corresponding basic instrument block hardware and operation control software. The equipment operation, data display and result analysis of the virtual instrument are accomplished by the virtual instrument panel developed by the software development platform. The traditional method of manual testing and monitoring receiver has the problems of long time and large manpower consumption. The level of technical skills and operational proficiency of the measuring staff may also have an impact on the measurement results. In order to solve this problem, an automatic test system for monitoring receiver is designed and developed by using virtual instrument technology. The system can automatically measure the index precision of the monitoring receiver, process the test data and generate the test report automatically, and improve the efficiency and reliability of the testing work of the monitoring receiver. This paper, from the following several aspects, launched the related research of the subject: 1. The development status, structure principle and key technology of automatic test system are studied. The composition and working principle of the system are analyzed. According to the technical requirements of the testing work and the situation of the instruments and equipments, the hardware composition and the system structure of the automatic test system of the monitoring receiver are determined. The software part of the automatic test system is researched and designed, and the realization mode of each function module is studied, and the automatic test system of the monitoring receiver is programmed. The error theory and measurement uncertainty theory are used to analyze and process the test data, and the test report template .4. The evaluation process of measurement uncertainty is improved according to the actual work, and the measurement results of monitoring receiver parameters are analyzed by using the improved measurement uncertainty evaluation method.
