DX-600水冷发射机“冷却故障”分析与应急处理

【摘要】：在发射机维护的过程中发现,对于水冷的DX发射机来讲,"冷却故障"出现时,PB单元或发射机将直接关机,除非故障排除手动开机,严重威胁安全播出。本文通过对"冷却故障"进行原理性的分析,结合典型故障,对PB200单元出现的"冷却故障",以及在触摸屏(MMI)上的显示,完整地总结了引起冷却故障的原因及应急处理方法。
[Abstract]:In the course of transmitter maintenance, it is found that, for water-cooled DX transmitter, when "cooling failure" occurs, the unit or transmitter will be shut down directly unless the malfunction is removed by manual operation, which seriously threatens the safety of broadcasting. Through the principle analysis of "cooling fault", combined with typical fault, the "cooling fault" of PB200 unit and the display on touch screen (MMI), this paper summarizes the cause of cooling fault and emergency treatment method.
