面向不确定信息的复杂装备制造方案设计求解方法

【摘要】:针对制造物联中的不确定信息导致难以高效选择最优制造供应商的问题,提出一种面向不确定信息的复杂装备制造方案设计求解方法。在综合考虑制造物联不确定信息的基础上,建立了制造物联多供应商决策模型,利用同异反联系度度量物联制造方案与物联用户需求间的匹配程度,通过面向不确定信息的复杂装备制造方案设计求解方法,计算制造方案的同异反联系度和模糊聚类并初步排序,利用随机模拟和模糊集值统计分析不确定因素对排序结果的影响,为制造物联用户提供高效、敏捷的不确定信息的多制造方案供应链规划技术。通过高精坐标镗床主轴物联制造过程验证了所提方法的准确性和高效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that uncertain information makes it difficult to select the optimal manufacturing supplier efficiently, a method for complex equipment manufacturing scheme design based on uncertain information is proposed. On the basis of synthetically considering the uncertain information of manufacturing linkage, a multi-supplier decision model is established, and the matching degree between manufacturing scheme and user's requirement is measured by the degree of similarity, difference and inverse connection. Based on the solution of complex equipment manufacturing scheme based on uncertain information, the similarity, difference and inverse relation of manufacturing scheme and fuzzy clustering are calculated and preliminarily sorted. By using stochastic simulation and fuzzy set-valued statistical analysis to analyze the influence of uncertain factors on ranking results, a multi-manufacturing scheme supply chain planning technique is proposed to provide efficient and agile uncertain information for manufacturing users. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are verified by the manufacturing process of the spindle of high precision coordinate boring machine.
