基于北斗卫星的人员搜救系统的研究与应用
[Abstract]:Offshore oil area is an important production capacity construction position of oil field, which is the key area to maintain safe production and clean production. With the need of offshore oil exploration and development, offshore operations become more frequent and construction personnel gradually increase. However, the marine production environment is affected by weather, waves, and other external factors, so it is easy to encounter sudden and catastrophic weather. If people fall into the water, they need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out a trawl search, and the search and rescue process and efficiency are affected by the weather. Wave and other external factors, resulting in a long search and rescue cycle, search and rescue effect is not ideal. Based on the development of Beidou satellite positioning technology and the short message function of Beidou satellite, this paper develops and customizes the lifejackets which can be used to locate the drowning personnel. A fast search and rescue system based on digital nautical chart is developed, which can locate the drowning personnel quickly and accurately. This paper introduces in detail the design and integration of Beidou positioning lifejacket, the construction of Beidou positioning link, the integration and display of digital chart positioning information, etc. Through the research of this paper, the personnel equipped with Beidou lifejacket can realize fast positioning within 5 seconds after falling into the water; digital chart display and acousto-optic alarm can be realized in 30 seconds; sound and light alarm can be activated in 3 minutes. Relevant personnel can receive alarm information; within 3 minutes to obtain the surrounding search and rescue forces and form a search and rescue force report. In order to improve the efficiency of search and rescue and reduce the casualties and property losses caused by sudden events, the information technology is used to support the rapid search and rescue of people in the sea.
