基于物联网的智能网关系统研究与实现
[Abstract]:With the emergence of Internet of things and the rapid development of computer technology, network communication technology and embedded technology, a profound technological change is taking place in the field of industrial control. The independent local data monitoring system with simple function is being replaced by the remote data monitoring system which is highly integrated and can work collaboratively. The overall resource utilization and security performance of the system are improved. As the core of this new monitoring system, the Internet of things gateway realizes the fusion of wireless sensor network and traditional communication network, completes the protocol conversion between different types of networks, and provides a platform for remote management and monitoring of the underlying equipment. This paper mainly discusses a low power, multi-communication protocol, which can be used in the design and implementation of Internet of things gateway in complex industrial environment. A reasonable and effective solution to the path planning problem in gateway application is designed. In this paper, the concepts of Internet of things, Intelligent Gateway and Wireless Sensor Network (WSNs) are summarized. This paper analyzes and compares the performance and characteristics of various communication modes, embedded core microprocessor and embedded operating system, and puts forward the overall design scheme of Internet of things gateway system based on embedded technology. Then, the hardware and software design of the system are discussed. The intelligent gateway system is divided into three subsystems: gateway platform, acquisition terminal and monitoring center. In the design, the hardware platform of gateway and acquisition terminal is built with ARM microprocessor Marvell PXA310 and STM32L151 as the core. The gateway platform is based on the embedded Linux operating system to construct the device driver and the upper application processing program. The device driver encapsulates the operation of the hardware device and provides it to the application program. The application program realizes the scheduling and management of all tasks of the system based on the multithread mechanism. Monitoring center provides embedded Web,Java Web and VC client data monitoring and management platform. Then, the path planning problem in the application of gateway system is analyzed, which combines the simulation results of shortest path algorithm and the actual characteristics of gateway network. A path optimization scheme based on two kinds of network parameters and three algorithms of Bellman-Ford,Dijkstra,Floyd simulation data fitting is proposed, and the above design scheme is implemented in the gateway system, and the scheme is verified. Finally, the whole debugging process and running results of the gateway system are described in detail, which fully verifies the feasibility and correctness of the intelligent gateway system design scheme and implementation method based on the Internet of things. In this paper, a large number of pictures and tables are used to explain the design and implementation process of the Internet of things gateway system, which makes the overall architecture and software and hardware structure of the system more clear.
