一种基于ZigBee无线通信技术的汽车检测线系统体系结构

【摘要】:近年来,在汽车工业迅速发展的影响下,全球汽车的保有量也大幅增加。因此,由汽车安全行驶性能所引起的交通安全隐患也大幅提高。为了能够有效降低和改善潜在的交通安全隐患,进行汽车综合性能检测的汽车综合性能检测站应运而生。 目前国内外运营的汽车检测站所使用的检测线系统的数据传输均为采用线缆传输的有线传输类型,为了能在传统的汽车综合性能检测线的检测数据的采集、传输以及数据处理方面取得较为明显的关于节省资源、布置简单等方面的改进,本文在充分研究和调查了目前国内外的汽车综合检测站的运营状况以后,根据目前针对于汽车综合性能检测的新需求和相关应用,,在对传统的汽车综合性能检测线的原理以及结构的深入了解研究以后,针对检测线系统的检测数据的传输方面,提出了一种基于ZigBee无线网络的汽车综合性能检测站,通过将汽车综合性能检测设备的传感器技术和ZigBee无线通信技术以及基于VB平台开发的实时检测操作系统集成在一起,便能够实现检测线的检测设备的数据的自动、迅速和集中以及准确的完成采集、传输和处理。 最后本文所提出的这种基于ZigBee无线网络的汽车综合性能检测线通过关键问题的分析以及进行可行性的研究以后,在进行硬件布置安装和软件程序的连接设计的实验基础上,通过实体汽车综合性能检测站进行实车检测得到了应用验证,结果表明这种采用ZigBee无线网络进行数据传输的汽车综合性能检测线具有较好的有效性和实际工程应用价值,虽说结构系统不够完美和成熟,但对于以后的汽车综合性能检测站的规划发展建设具有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of the rapid development of automobile industry, the global automobile ownership has also increased significantly. Therefore, the traffic safety hidden danger caused by the safe driving performance of the vehicle is also greatly improved. In order to effectively reduce and improve the potential traffic safety hidden danger, the vehicle comprehensive performance testing station came into being. At present, the data transmission of the detection line system used in the domestic and foreign automobile inspection stations is the cable transmission type. In order to collect the detection data of the traditional automobile comprehensive performance test line, In the aspects of transmission and data processing, there have been obvious improvements on saving resources and simple layout. After a thorough study and investigation of the operation status of the domestic and foreign comprehensive vehicle inspection stations, According to the new requirements and related applications of automobile comprehensive performance detection at present, after deeply understanding and studying the principle and structure of the traditional vehicle comprehensive performance detection line, the transmission of detection data for the detection line system is discussed. This paper presents a vehicle integrated performance testing station based on ZigBee wireless network, which integrates the sensor technology of the vehicle integrated performance detection equipment, the ZigBee wireless communication technology and the real-time detection operating system based on the VB platform. It can realize the automatic, rapid and centralized data acquisition, transmission and processing of the detection equipment. Finally, after the analysis of the key problems and the feasibility study, the vehicle integrated performance detection line based on ZigBee wireless network is designed based on the experiment of hardware arrangement and software program design. The actual vehicle detection is verified by the physical vehicle comprehensive performance test station. The results show that the ZigBee wireless network for data transmission of the vehicle comprehensive performance detection line has good effectiveness and practical engineering application value. Although the structure system is not perfect and mature, it can be used for reference for the planning, development and construction of the vehicle comprehensive performance test station in the future.
