基于TETRA的短数据应用协议的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着通信技术的迅速发展,近些年来,数字集群通信系统在全世界得到了普遍应用,行业竞争日趋激烈。TETRA是我国信息产业部推荐使用的数字集群技术的行业标准,为了更好地满足市场的需求,新技术和新业务的开发及应用显得尤为重要。短数据业务是一般TETRA系统中的一块短板,相对于语音业务起步较晚。目前系统运营商和开发商对这项业务有了越来越多的重视。本文所设计的短数据应用协议SDPP (Short Data Point to Point)能够实现手台设备与控制中心之间互相收发短数据的功能。本文首先简单介绍了数字集群通信的发展背景和研究现状,继而又介绍了TETRA标准数字集群通信的发展现状和前景,在此基础上进一步研究其系统结构,从而定位短数据应用协议作用的具体模块;其次,归纳了本文所设计协议要用到的几种技术,确定开发及运行环境;再次,重点阐述了此协议的具体内容,及协议模块的实现细节,包括逻辑功能、模块接口、算法和数据结构等;最后对协议进行测试,给出了测试用例和部分数据截图,并分析了测试结果。目前该研究成果已经成功地用于TETRA数字集群通信系统的设计和开发,并且通过了测试人员的严格测试,已投入商用。测试结果表明其功能及性能能够满足客户提出的一系列需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of communication technology, digital trunking communication system has been widely used in the world in recent years, and the industry competition is increasingly fierce. TETRA is the industry standard of digital trunking technology recommended by the Ministry of Information Industry of China. In order to better meet the needs of the market, the development and application of new technology and new business is particularly important. Short data service is a short board in general TETRA system, which starts later than voice service. At present, system operators and developers have more and more attention to this business. The short data application protocol SDPP (Short Data Point to Point) designed in this paper can realize the function of sending and receiving short data between handstand equipment and control center. This paper first introduces the background and research status of digital trunking communication, then introduces the development and prospect of TETRA standard digital trunking communication, and then further studies its system structure. In order to locate the specific module of short data application protocol; secondly, summarized the design of the protocol to use several technologies to determine the development and operation environment; again, the specific content of this protocol is expounded. And the implementation details of the protocol module, including logic function, module interface, algorithm and data structure, etc. Finally, the protocol is tested, the test cases and some data screenshots are given, and the test results are analyzed. At present, this research result has been successfully used in the design and development of TETRA digital trunking communication system, and has passed the strict test of the testers, and has been put into commercial use. The test results show that its function and performance can meet a series of customer requirements.
