无线移动医疗监护网络的隐私保护技术研究

【摘要】:随着无线传感器技术、移动通信技术以及云计算技术的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对医疗监护服务的实时性、可靠性和安全性提出了更高的要求。在无线移动医疗监护网络中,,由于监护对象的特殊性,监护的健康数据是个人十分敏感且重要的隐私信息,隐私问题已成为无线移动医疗监护网络设计中首要考虑的关键因素。因此,设计高效的隐私保护机制将显得尤为重要,对无线移动医疗监护网络的快速发展和大规模应用也将有着重要的作用。 本文从无线移动医疗监护网络的移动社交网络层和云服务层出发,针对其中存在的隐私问题,分别设计了基于病症症状匹配的安全路由协议和具有隐私保护的紧急响应调度机制。两种隐私保护机制有效的防御和抵制了多种攻击,保障了信息的安全传输、存储和访问。 基于病症症状匹配的安全路由协议,充分利用无线体域网和移动社交网络的特点,将个人病症信息作为匹配向量,通过向量匹配结果来可靠的选择中继用户,基于半同态加密技术,有效的保证了病症信息的隐私性和转发的可靠性。 具有隐私保护的紧急响应调度机制,基于MDRQs技术、双线性配对技术以及同态加密技术,综合考虑医疗用户和医疗服务提供者之间的距离和属性匹配度因素,提出了一种安全紧急调度算法,保证了调度的及时性、高效性和隐私性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wireless sensor technology mobile communication technology and cloud computing technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standards people put forward higher requirements for real-time reliability and security of medical monitoring services. In the wireless mobile medical monitoring network, because of the particularity of the monitoring object, the monitored health data is a very sensitive and important privacy information for individuals. Privacy has become a key factor in the design of wireless mobile medical monitoring network. Therefore, the design of an efficient privacy protection mechanism will be particularly important, and will play an important role in the rapid development and large-scale application of wireless mobile medical monitoring network. Based on the mobile social network layer and cloud service layer of wireless mobile medical monitoring network, this paper aims at the privacy problems. A secure routing protocol based on symptom matching and an emergency response scheduling mechanism with privacy protection are designed respectively. The two privacy protection mechanisms effectively defend against and resist multiple attacks, and ensure the secure transmission, storage and access of information. A secure routing protocol based on symptom matching is used to make full use of the characteristics of wireless body area network and mobile social network. The individual disease information is used as the matching vector and the relay users are selected reliably by vector matching results. Based on semi-homomorphic encryption technology, the privacy of disease information and the reliability of forwarding are effectively guaranteed. Based on MDRQs technology, bilinear pairing technology and homomorphic encryption technology, the privacy protection emergency response scheduling mechanism takes into account the distance and attribute matching between medical users and medical service providers. A security emergency scheduling algorithm is proposed to ensure the timeliness, efficiency and privacy of scheduling.
