以用户体验为导向的手机应用设计方法研究

【摘要】:信息时代的今天,手机几乎是所有人进行信息交流沟通最重要的个人移动终端。智能手机代表了手机发展的方向,智能手机应用软件作为智能手机开发的重点,其界面设计的互动和体验也就变得尤为重要。 而现有的针对手机应用的设计方法不够系统和完善。本文希望能够建立一套相对完善的以用户体验为导向的手机应用设计方法,包括相关设计标准、原则和流程的建立。旨在丰富以用户体验为导向的设计理论,同时能够有效指导设计实践。 本文研究主要从以下几个方面展开:首先,以相关设计理论研究为基础,包括情感化设计、隐喻设计、意识设计等,提炼和归纳这些设计理论和原则能够提升用户体验的要素。其次,在阅读书籍和查阅相关文献的基础上,结合问卷调查,访谈等方式,分析影响手机应用用户体验的因素——设备特征、用户特征和使用环境,及其各自的特征对手机应用设计的影响和设计要求;然后,将理论研究结合手机应用自身特点,从提升用户体验的角度出发,建立手机应用设计的标准和原则,分别是:简洁性、一致性、拟物性、迅捷性、容错性、情感性、关联性以及品牌性;并从本能层、行为层和反思层出发分别详细阐述各个层次的设计原则的定义及表现。最后,从用户体验要素五个层次出发:战略层(Strategy)、范围层(Scope)、结构层(Structure)、框架层(Skeleton)、表现层(Surface),详细阐述整个设计流程,包括各个阶段的设计目标,需要完成的任务,以及涉及到的研究方法,从而建立了完整的以用户体验为导向的手机应用设计方法和流程。并通过手机应用设计的实际案例,分析与验证该设计方法的有效性可行性。
[Abstract]:In the information age, mobile phone is the most important personal mobile terminal for information exchange and communication. Smart phone represents the direction of mobile phone development. As the focus of smartphone development, the interaction and experience of interface design become more and more important. But the existing design method for mobile phone application is not systematic and perfect. This paper hopes to establish a relatively complete set of user experience oriented mobile phone application design methods, including the establishment of relevant design standards, principles and processes. The purpose is to enrich the user-experience-oriented design theory and to effectively guide design practice. Firstly, based on the research of relevant design theories, including emotional design, metaphorical design, conscious design and so on, this paper summarizes the elements of these design theories and principles that can improve the user experience. Secondly, on the basis of reading books and consulting relevant documents, combined with questionnaire survey, interview and other methods, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the mobile phone application user experience-device characteristics, user characteristics and usage environment. Then, combining the theoretical research with the characteristics of mobile phone application, from the point of view of improving the user experience, establish the standards and principles of mobile phone application design. They are: conciseness, consistency, pseudotransitivity, promptness, fault-tolerance, affective, relevance and brand, and elaborate the definition and performance of design principles of each level from instinct layer, behavior layer and reflection layer respectively. Finally, from five levels of user experience elements: strategic layer, (Strategy), scope layer, (Scope), structure layer, (Structure), frame layer, (Skeleton), presentation layer, the whole design process, including the design objectives of each stage, the tasks to be completed, is elaborated in detail. And the related research methods, so as to establish a complete user-experience-oriented mobile phone application design method and process. The validity and feasibility of this design method are analyzed and verified by the actual case of mobile phone application design.
