基于GIS的新一代天气雷达组网拼图研究

【摘要】:自然天气灾害对生活生产的影响十分巨大,因此如何准确的对灾害天气进行预警已经成为气象管理部门的工作重点。但是在对灾害性天气进行预警时,就需要多部雷达协同探测,因此多部雷达的联网探测以及图像拼图技术已经成为制约灾害天气预警能力发展的关键技术之一。本文在系统地研究分析雷达拼图算法、技术和软件工具的基础上,针对目前新一代天气雷达单纯靠原图拼接的问题,结合GIS技术研究了新一代天气雷达产品拼合方法,设计开发了回波图像拼合平台,该系统以贵州省地理信息系统为平台,实时叠加显示雷达回波、雷电监测信息等资料;实现了对该地区天气,特别是雷电天气的实时监测。开发的系统通过对新一代天气雷达产品数据文件、雷电监测信息进行了详细的分析,实现了以图形和文字的形式显示数据文件内容的功能,可以对一般的预报进行指导,帮助定位降雨或者暴雨天气的出现地区,在一定程度上提高天气预报的准确度。本文的主要工作和取得的成果主要包括:尝试实现基于GIS的新一代天气雷达数据可视化以及基于GIS的等值线绘制技术、雷电监测数据显示。实现了多部雷达联网数据的拼图管理,并且通过等值线提取、栅格图的绘制以及文件管理等功能模块,实现了对灾害性天气发生区域的准确锁定,为气象部门准确的预测灾害性天气发生的区域和时间提供了依据。
[Abstract]:The impact of natural weather disasters on daily life is very great, so how to accurately early warning disaster weather has become the focus of meteorological management departments. However, in the early warning of disastrous weather, many radars are needed to cooperate in detection, so the network detection and image mosaic technology of multiple radars have become one of the key technologies that restrict the development of early warning ability of disaster weather. Based on the systematic research and analysis of radar mosaic algorithms, techniques and software tools, this paper studies the new generation weather radar product assembly method based on GIS technology, aiming at the problem that the new generation weather radar simply depends on the original map stitching. The platform of echo image assembly is designed and developed. The platform is based on Guizhou Geographic Information system (GIS), which can display radar echo and lightning monitoring information in real time, and realize the real-time monitoring of the weather in this area, especially the lightning weather. Through the detailed analysis of the new generation weather radar product data file and lightning monitoring information, the system realizes the function of displaying the contents of the data file in the form of graphics and text, and can guide the general forecast. Help locate areas where rainfall or heavy rain occurs and improve the accuracy of weather forecasts to a certain extent. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows: try to realize the new generation weather radar data visualization based on GIS, the isoline drawing technology based on GIS, and the lightning monitoring data display. Through isoline extraction, grid drawing, file management and other functional modules, it realizes the accurate locking of the disastrous weather area, and realizes the jigsaw management of several radar network data, and through the function modules of isoline extraction, grid map drawing and file management, it realizes the accurate locking of the disaster weather area. It provides the basis for the meteorological department to predict the region and time of the disastrous weather.
