基于内插的宽带信号数字产生技术研究

【摘要】:由于现代军事技术的发展对雷达要求的日益提高,以及雷达所面临的挑战日益严峻,宽带雷达技术的发展将成为一个重要的发展方向,它的重要组成部分宽带波形产生便成为一个必不可少的研究内容。信号要求具有大的时宽积、高稳定性以及任意形状等。基于DDS的现代波形产生技术具有高的频率和相位分辨率、高稳定性、可编程输出等特点,适应现代雷达波形产生的需求。本文研究了两种基于内插的宽带信号数字产生技术,包括基带内插加数字正交调制的方法和直接低中频内插加带通滤波的方法,并通过具体设计实例对两种方法做了仿真和对比,针对第一种方法做了FPGA仿真实现。本文主要工作如下:1.针对宽带高中频的应用要求,对传统基带内插+正交调制的数字波形产生方案提出了改进,得出基于多相原理的并行正交调制结构,并利用系数对称性对多相滤波器实现优化。2.根据某具体应用实例,采用改进后的基带内插+正交调制结构完成了FPGA总体设计,并对各个功能模块进行了仿真。3.提出了一种基于低中频信号内插+带通滤波实现高中频信号的数字波形产生方案,分析并推导了低中频信号参数设计应满足的条件,提出了该方法的多相滤波高效结构,并进行了理论仿真。4.将两种宽带高中频数字波形产生方案进行了对比,分析了各自的适应条件。
[Abstract]:The development of broadband radar technology will become an important development direction due to the development of modern military technology and the increasing demand for radar and the increasingly serious challenges facing radar. The generation of wideband waveform, an important part of it, has become an essential research content. The signal must have large time width product, high stability and arbitrary shape. The modern waveform generation technology based on DDS has the characteristics of high frequency and phase resolution, high stability, programmable output and so on, which can meet the needs of modern radar waveform generation. In this paper, two kinds of wideband signal digital generation techniques based on interpolation are studied, including baseband interpolation digital quadrature modulation and direct low intermediate frequency interpolation with bandpass filtering. The two methods are simulated and compared by a concrete design example, and the FPGA simulation is implemented for the first method. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. In order to meet the requirements of wideband and high frequency applications, the digital waveform generation scheme of traditional baseband interpolation quadrature modulation is improved, and the parallel quadrature modulation structure based on polyphase principle is obtained. The coefficient symmetry is used to optimize the polyphase filter. 2. According to a specific application example, the improved baseband interpolation quadrature modulation structure is used to complete the overall design of FPGA, and each functional module is simulated. This paper presents a digital waveform generation scheme based on low intermediate frequency signal interpolation bandpass filter, analyzes and deduces the conditions that should be satisfied in the parameter design of low intermediate frequency signal, and puts forward an efficient structure of polyphase filter for this method. And the theoretical simulation. 4. Two kinds of broadband and high frequency digital waveform generation schemes are compared and their adaptive conditions are analyzed.
