基于FPGA的雷达图像信号采集卡设计与实现

【摘要】:随着数字技术的飞速发展,研发性能优异、高效稳定的数据采集装置具有重要意义。雷达是应用数字技术的典型范例,对雷达信号进行采集、存储,为后续雷达信号处理算法研究提供素材具有重要意义。基于此,本文设计了一款以FPGA为核心、通过人机交互界面控制雷达信号采集与记录的数据采集装置。论文介绍了国内外数字采集领域的相关产品,对采集系统的性能和技术指标进行归纳,提出以Altera公司的EP3C10E144C7FPGA为调度控制核心的雷达图像信号采集与记录装置的总体设计方案。该系统的硬件部分主要包括电源电路、AD采样电路、信号调理电路、PLL锁相环电路、隔离电路、FPGA最小系统电路以及PCI总线电路等。主要完成对雷达视频回波信号的模数转换、数据缓存、采样时钟频率调节、将采样数据上传上位机等功能。用户可通过人机交互界面,发出控制指令并设置采样系统参数,将视频回波模拟信号转化为数字信号,通过双口 RAM缓存后以PCI总线为通道上传至计算机硬盘,从而实现了对雷达图像信号的采集和存储。以LabWindows/CVI为工具开发数据采集系统人机交互界面应用程序,对系统硬件进行调试,并对数据采集系统的性能进行测试,对整体系统的功能实现进行了验证,证实了系统能够对雷达视频回波信号进行采集与记录。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of digital technology, it is of great significance to develop a data acquisition device with excellent performance and high efficiency and stability. Radar is a typical example of the application of digital technology. It is of great significance to collect and store radar signals and provide materials for the subsequent research of radar signal processing algorithms. Based on this, this paper designs a data acquisition device based on FPGA, which controls radar signal acquisition and recording through man-machine interface. This paper introduces the related products in the field of digital acquisition at home and abroad, summarizes the performance and technical index of the acquisition system, and puts forward the overall design scheme of radar image signal acquisition and recording device with EP3C10E144C7FPGA of Altera company as the core of dispatching control. The hardware of the system mainly includes power supply circuit, AD sampling circuit, signal conditioning circuit, PLL circuit, isolation circuit, FPGA minimum system circuit and PCI bus circuit. The functions of analog-to-digital conversion of radar video echo signal, data cache, sampling clock frequency adjustment, and uploading of sampling data to upper computer are mainly completed. The user can send out the control instruction and set the parameters of the sampling system through the man-machine interface, convert the analog signal of video echo into digital signal, upload it to the computer hard disk via the double-port RAM buffer and then upload it to the computer hard disk with the PCI bus as the channel. Thus the acquisition and storage of radar image signal are realized. The man-machine interface application program of the data acquisition system is developed with LabWindows/CVI, the hardware of the system is debugged, the performance of the data acquisition system is tested, and the function realization of the whole system is verified. It is proved that the system can collect and record radar video echo signal.
