技侦视频监控和检索系统

【摘要】:视频监控是一种通过数据传输链路将采集的视频、音频等数据信息传输给信号处理服务器,并经由服务器处理发送到对应的输出终端的技术。视频监控可以进行实时性监测,并对监测结果进行存储,方便事后调查取证。视频监控技术的发展要求随着信息化的发展越来越高,视频监控不仅需要满足可控可管,还需要较高的鲁棒性,方便监控系统升级改造。当前技侦视频监控系统设计单一,可管性较低,并且监控视频利用率较低,不能及时进行有效检索和目标追踪。本文针对视频监控系统设计单一,视频检索效率较低的问题,进行了探讨和研究。主要工作如下:1.根据网络视频监控系统的优势,结合多层级网络模型,通过视频监控点映射目录树的方法对视频监控系统实现多层多级管理体系,并设计了对应该体系的目录标识码。2.在视频检索系统设计中,首先根据视频帧的背景差分法确定视频帧的背景画面,然后对检测视频进行直方图距离差计算以确定视频画面中变化的部分,最后根据直方图距离差的大小确定目标检索结果。3.设计了一种目标追踪的方法。该方法根据目标的运动速度和方向进行预测,并判断出目标出现的区域,方便视频监控前端设备进行准确及时的切换,从而实现无缝衔接。4.文中视频监控系统工程实现中,主要实现工作集中在对视频图像采集和视频传输上,并在此基础上对视频检索系统进行了测试。摄像头驱动的设计主要采用Linux操作系统自带的驱动程序,文中对配置进行修改,然后在内核中编译驱动;图像采集程序的设计采用Video Linux设计实现;视频数据传输设计使用基于IPv4的UDP协议。测试结果表明,文中所设计的视频监控系统性能达到要求,所提出的视频检索方法检索成功率高,并能有效追踪目标,具有较高的有效性。视频监控系统相当于公安机关全天候的眼睛,已经成为保障社会安全、维护公共利益、促进社会稳定、打击违法犯罪、管理社会治安的必备武器,有效地利用视频监控系统可以较大幅度提高社会稳定。
[Abstract]:Video surveillance is a kind of technology that transmits the collected video, audio and other data information to the signal processing server through the data transmission link and sends to the corresponding output terminal through the server processing. Video surveillance can be used for real-time monitoring, and the monitoring results can be stored to facilitate the investigation and collection of evidence after the event. With the development of information technology, video surveillance needs not only controllable control, but also high robustness, which is convenient to upgrade and transform the monitoring system. At present, the video surveillance system of technical reconnaissance is single, low manageability and low utilization ratio of surveillance video, so it can not carry out effective retrieval and target tracking in time. In this paper, the problem of single design of video surveillance system and low efficiency of video retrieval is discussed and studied. The main work is as follows: 1. According to the advantages of the network video surveillance system and the multi-level network model, the multi-layer and multi-level management system of the video surveillance system is implemented by the method of video monitoring point mapping directory tree, and the directory identification code of the corresponding system is designed. 2. In the design of the video retrieval system, the background picture of the video frame is first determined according to the background differential method of the video frame, and then the histogram distance difference is calculated to determine the changing part of the video picture. Finally, the target retrieval results are determined according to the distance difference of histogram. 3. 3. A method of target tracking is designed. The method predicts the moving speed and direction of the target, and determines the region of the target, which facilitates the video surveillance front-end equipment to switch accurately and timely, thus realizing seamless connection. 4. In the project implementation of video surveillance system, the main work is focused on video image acquisition and video transmission, and on the basis of this, the video retrieval system is tested. The design of camera driver is mainly based on the driver of Linux operating system. The configuration is modified, then the driver is compiled in the kernel, and the design of image acquisition program is implemented by Video Linux. The design of video data transmission uses UDP protocol based on IPv4. The test results show that the performance of the video surveillance system designed in this paper meets the requirements, the proposed video retrieval method has a high success rate, and can effectively track the target, which is highly effective. The video surveillance system is equivalent to the all-weather eyes of the public security organs. It has become an essential weapon to safeguard social security, safeguard the public interest, promote social stability, crack down on illegal crimes, and manage public order. Effective use of video surveillance system can greatly improve social stability.
