基于室内定位的银行客户服务技术研究与实现

【摘要】:利用RFID定位技术和WLAN定位技术设计和实现了银行客户定位系统,并基于客户位置设计和实现了6种银行客户服务。通过需求分析归纳出与室内定位技术相关的银行客户服务,并分析出涉及的三种定位对象是:带有无源RFID标签的RFID银行卡,带有有源Wi-Fi RFID标签的RFID Key,以及手机、平板电脑等智能移动终端;三类应用场景是:中、大型银行网点,小型银行网点和自助网点。设计和实现了银行客户定位系统。设计了RFID定位子系统,采用精确定位、不精确定位和方向判断这三种定位模式,可以对RFID银行卡进行定位;设计了WLAN定位子系统,采用高密度部署AP的方式,保证任意区域能收到至少3个AP的信号,然后采用RSSI和三边定位算法计算位置,可以对RFID Key和智能移动终端进行定位。设计了应用接口,用于为其他系统提供定位数据,便于今后的扩展。设计和实现了6种基于室内定位的银行客户服务。银行网点指引是使用第三方地图服务API和银行客户定位系统实现;网点热度分析是利用定位系统等数据,分析各功能区“人数/容量”比,得出百分比热度值,也可判断房间的空闲程度,并可在地图上显示热度情况和房间空闲情况;智能排队优化着重解决空号现象,通过定位排队客户的位置判断出空号并自动跳过;客户行为分析是根据客户的行动轨迹,分析单体和群体的行为,判断出客户的兴趣点、找出潜在客户,改进银行网点的功能;基于实时位置的服务是根据客户的实时位置,提供自动化服务和定制的消息推送;失物寻找则是通过定位客户的设备,判断可能的丢失物品情况,向客户发送报警,并通过定位系统助客户找到失物。
[Abstract]:The bank customer positioning system is designed and implemented by using RFID positioning technology and WLAN positioning technology, and six kinds of bank customer service are designed and implemented based on customer location. Through requirement analysis, the bank customer service related to indoor positioning technology is summed up, and three positioning objects are analyzed: RFID bank card with passive RFID tag, RFID Key, with active Wi-Fi RFID tag and mobile phone. Intelligent mobile terminals such as tablets; Three types of application scenarios are: medium, large bank outlets, small bank outlets and self-service outlets. The bank customer positioning system is designed and implemented. The RFID positioning subsystem is designed, which adopts three positioning modes: precise positioning, imprecise positioning and direction judgment, which can locate the RFID bank card. The WLAN positioning subsystem is designed. The high density deployment of AP is used to ensure that at least 3 AP signals can be received in any region. Then the location can be calculated by RSSI and trilateral localization algorithm, which can locate RFID Key and intelligent mobile terminal. The application interface is designed to provide positioning data for other systems, which is easy to extend in the future. Six kinds of bank customer service based on indoor positioning are designed and implemented. The bank network guide is realized by using the third party map service API and the bank customer location system. The analysis of dot heat is to use the data such as positioning system to analyze the "number / capacity" ratio of each function area, get the percentage calorific value, also can judge the idle degree of the room, and can display the heat condition and the room idle condition on the map; Intelligent queue optimization focuses on solving the empty number phenomenon, through locating the location of queuing customers to determine the empty number and automatically skip; Customer behavior analysis is based on the track of customer action, the analysis of individual and group behavior, determine the customer's interest point, find out the potential customers, improve the function of the bank network; Real-time location-based services provide automated services and customized message push according to the real-time location of customers. The lost property search is to locate the equipment of the customer, judge the situation of the possible lost item, send the alarm to the customer, and help the customer to find the lost property through the positioning system.
