基于物联网技术的电梯故障监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:电梯是楼宇中重要的公共运载设备之一,其能否安全的运行,直接关系到乘坐人员的生命安全。通过对电梯运行进行监控,能够有效减少电梯事故的发生,在电梯发生故障时,能够更有效地采取救援措施。但是通过对杭州市某地区内的楼宇电梯监控系统进行调研,发现目前电梯的监控系统存在监测平台混乱、通用性不强、监测量较少、故障预警处理功能低下等缺点。 本文针对当前电梯监控系统存在的问题,研究了某公司现有的电梯运行安全物联指挥系统,该系统需要完成对电梯运行进行监控及故障预警功能,,其中前端监测子系统——基于物联网技术的电梯故障监测系统由本文作者设计和实现。论文在阐述了前端监测系统的原理和方法的基础上,介绍了开发该系统所用到的相关技术,分析了前端监测系统的需求和可行性。通过数据流图和活动图对该系统的数据和过程进行了建模分析,给出了该系统的硬件选型设计和软件架构设计,设计了系统多个不同功能模块,实现了系统需求所需要完成的功能。 本文通过黑盒测试方式对基于物联网技术的电梯故障监测系统的功能和性能测试,通过对测试结果进行分析,验证了该系统已经达到了系统预定设计目标。最后本文指出了系统的缺陷,同时对未来的发展工作做了描述。
[Abstract]:Elevator is one of the most important public transportation equipment in buildings. Whether it can run safely or not is directly related to the safety of passengers. By monitoring the elevator operation, the elevator accident can be effectively reduced, and the rescue measures can be taken more effectively when the elevator fails. But through the investigation of building elevator monitoring system in a certain area of Hangzhou, it is found that the elevator monitoring system has some shortcomings, such as chaotic monitoring platform, weak generality, less monitoring quantity, low function of early warning and handling, and so on. In view of the problems existing in the elevator monitoring system, this paper studies the existing elevator operation safety and material control system of a company. The system needs to complete the monitoring and fault warning functions of elevator operation. The front-end monitoring subsystem, elevator fault monitoring system based on Internet of things, is designed and implemented by the author of this paper. On the basis of expounding the principle and method of front-end monitoring system, this paper introduces the related technologies used in the development of the system, and analyzes the demand and feasibility of front-end monitoring system. The data and process of the system are modeled and analyzed by data flow diagram and activity diagram. The hardware selection design and software architecture design of the system are given, and several different function modules of the system are designed. The functions needed to be completed by the system requirements are realized. In this paper, the function and performance of the elevator fault monitoring system based on the Internet of things are tested by black box test method, and the test results show that the system has achieved the intended design goal. Finally, this paper points out the defects of the system and describes the future development work.
